What the hell how can Noah be in my dream. no no no no way
Oh God
Wait what was I even thinking last night, so he appeared in my dream. Huh he is such an asshole even in my dream, I wonder what makes him so cool that girls even approach him.
Why am I even thinking about him. no no no that's even more bad. I can't waste my time on him.
oh no. I have to go to school and see his ugly face. Aaahhhh
That was the morning Rose woke up with. She was mad about her dream in which someone had appeared. She was literally furious with herself. It's like, her morning was ruined because of him. That's so not acceptable. huh
Rose was still lingering on her bed lazily, not in the mood to even go to school now. But she had to wake up as today there was an important test and she can't afford to miss it. And even if she wants to skip it she can't. Because her parents won't let her.
That instant when she was still wondering about something, her mother came to wake her up to join for breakfast. It was already way her bed time above. As Rose was an early riser and would be wake by now and even ready for school.

knock knock

Mother Nancy:" Rose come down for breakfast. You're late. Hurry Up dear. What's taking you so long today. Did you not set up an alarm is it?"

Rose:" Yes mom will be down in 5 mins."
Rose was startled. She literally ran into the bathroom to get ready. But her mind was still occupied and was clumsy in her chores.

Dad Niel: "Where is Rose? Why she is not here for breakfast?"
He was asking his wife Nancy as she reached the dining table. She was setting up the breakfast along with helpers from the kitchen.

Mother Nancy: "Well I called her. She will be in a while. "
Rose came back in sometime and was in a rush. She was avoiding her parents as she found herself guilty for no reason. She left for school soon. Rose usually walks or rides her cycle to school as her home is nearby. And on her way to school is Noah's house. Even he stays near the locality, basically they could be termed as neighbors. She was praying that she should avoid Noah at any cost, while walking fast. But God has other plans for her.
There is always a saying the more you avoid someone or something. It often brings you in front of it.. Noah was already half way through and standing at the roadside, awaiting for someone maybe. Rose wasn't ready to face him and was surprised to see him. She was completely mesmerised by his handsomeness that she was just staring at him without looking at the road ahead. Noah seems to just watching her from afar. It was hard for Rose to tell whether he was looking at her or someone else.
Rose and Noah knew each other from kindergarten and they could be considered friend's/classmates till middle school. Later they just had different circle of friends and grew apart, even not on talking terms but in the same class.
Noah and Rose were just staring at each other's. They seem to have forgotten everything else. But a horn by the roadside car broke their trance and brought them back to reality. Rose was just an inch far from Noah and was considering to greet him or not. If she avoids him that would be rude. Given it's already late for the school, she gave a lite smile and a nod to Noah as a greet while passing by him and reaching the school as fast as she can. The school gates were about to close and she didn't have time to look back for Noah or wait for him. But they both got in time and greeted the P. E teacher who was just glaring at our side as though we have taken credit from him.
Haha like seriously Rose that's what you think huh.
Well we managed to reached the class. I knew Noah was behind me as I was walking ahead and didn't turn back to have a look at him. I'm just ignoring him or trying to be invisible.
I was greeted by my friends when I settled down on my bench. Natasha and Sam were my school friends, since childhood.
Nats: Hi
Sam: Hi Rose
Rose: Hi guys, sorry I'm late
Nats: That's okay
Sam: ahem ahem
smiling and winking at me
so.. how come you and Noah came together??
Rose: oh
nothing like that, we just happen to be late and coincidentally came to class at same time. but definitely not 'together'.
(I stressed on the word as we were not a couple or something)
Nats: Ya Sam don't talk rubbish
Sam: whatever guy's. chill I was just kidding😜
