With nothing better to do ''It'' ventured even deeper into the tunnels of the cave. Although it was the most rational thing to do; ''It'' wasn't looking for a way out. ''It'' felt more curiosity for the mist that was almost everywhere and so decided to search for the place where the mist was emanating.
Even after walking without any rest for a couple hours, ''It'' wasn't feeling tired... Well, ''It'' was dead after all, right? ''It'' was a skeleton, yes, was able to move and to think, but was a skeleton after all. Maybe ''It'' actually died and was this was the afterlife... Even if this place wasn't the afterlife ''It'' thought that it was better to accept that ''It'' was undoubtedly dead, and there was nothing ''It'' could do about it; so ''It'' stopped thinking about that and started to think about other things, like the mist. ''It'' didn't know what was that or where was the source of it, but ''It'' was sure about one thing... That mist wasn't normal at all; there was something strange about that mist that make ''It'' felt a nice sensation, staying close the mist was calming. In it's mind the idea of the mist being poisonous showed up but was inmediately throwed away because if it was really poisonous, then it wasn't a threat to a mere skeleton without any organs that could be affected by the poison.
While was lost in it's thoughts, ''It'' kept walking, and was moving forward without noticing that the mist was getting thicker, and wasn't until a collision with another corpse that ''It'' regained consciousness, as the hit shaked ''It'' out of it's daydreaming. Now, more aware of the surroundings ''It'' thought ''how long I had walked?'' because according to it's perspective ''It'' only had walked for a few minutes, passing by tunnels where the mist was not that dense and now ''It'' was in a place where the mist was so dense that ''It'' barely could see what was infront it's face, but almost inmediately ''It'' stopped caring about that.
''it'' stopped to care about how long was the walk, because there was something that catched it's atention; a sound that came from somewhere inside the mist; a sound that was different, this sound wasn't like the groans emitted by the undeads. ''It'' felt like there was something calling for itself... This sound was like a very nice and comforting chant.
''It'' went even deeper into the mist, looking for the source of this fascinating sound, ''It'' moved towards for a few meters until ''It'' found a spot, in this spot the mist wasn't that dense, so ''It'' had a better view. In this place ''It'' saw something strange, even for an undead like itself. In this place was a large amount of corpses gathered and every time more were coming from the mist, maybe attracted by that mesmerizing chant.
As a matter of fact, all the undeads here seemed to be attracted by that sound, because they were not roaming around the place, they were still around what appeared to be large pile of bones, and at the top of the pile was what ''It'' thought was the source of the chant. A big skeleton, almost a couple of heads taller than any skeleton here, also, this skeleton was wearing a worn out robe and was helding a bizarre staff that seemed made of the bones of another undeads, this was really strange, but what was even more bizarre was that this undead had two skulls over it's shoulders and not only that, one of the skulls was producing this fascinating sound, and the second skull was expelling the mist from it's mouth, like it was a very creepy fountain.
