Determined to keep his promise Jonathan runs to his full might. But Every thought of his mama flows pain through his veins. The fact that he will never be able to see her again. That how much time he had wasted rather than spending with his mama. He regretted it. He regretted everything. He regretted every single moment of his life. How he wished he was non-existent. Slowly his vision started fading, he felt nauseous. He had a terrible headache. But he didn't stop for a second. Not that he hadn't noticed this earlier. But it was the pain. The pain of losing his mama that overpowered it all.

And to his dismay he stumbles upon the staircase of the park and tumbles down. He felt helpless. He was so tired that he couldn't move a single muscle. As he lay there motionless. He mouthed an apology to his mama. Apologizing for not keeping his promise. But a part of his soul was happy that he could reunite with his mama.The last thing he could see before blacking out was dozens of these creatures gathering around him with blood dripping from their mouth. All he could sense was the thirst for blood.
