Chapter 10 - 10: War Campaign: Ep 3

🔥 England Era 320

✦ "The Roaring Fire of Turk – Only One King Shall Rule" ✦

Opening Scene: The Iron Wastes of Turk

Far across burning plains and molten ravines lies the Kingdom of Turk, forged in magma and ambition. A land where kings are chosen through battle and blood, and power is the only law.

Atop a volcanic cliff stands King Darius III of Turk, the self-proclaimed "Flame Sovereign"—a warlord clad in obsidian armor, muscles scarred by fire and conquest. Behind him stretches his unstoppable Crimson Legion, elite flame magic warriors, and fire-armored beasts bred for siege.

King Darius (to his generals):

"The boy Arslan is no liberator. He is a thief of destiny. And I—I—am the flame that will consume the world and forge it anew."

"I will be the last king standing."

Scene 2: Arslan's War Council

Back in Sky Citadel, Arslan sits in a circle of glowing runes, with Erza, Rangiku, Nico, and Kagura present. The skies outside pulse with embers carried from the Turk border.

Arslan:

"Turk will not yield. Darius will not listen. He sees the world as his to claim—and me as a rival god."

He pauses.

"So be it. If he seeks a contest of kings, I shall give him a war of gods."

Assignment:

Erza and Rangiku will lead the vanguard into Turk's flame valley.

Nico will oversee logistics, infiltration, and intel.

Kagura will duel Turk's sword champions to draw their king's attention.

Arslan (to Nico):

"Also… keep watch on the newcomers. We've had a fresh batch of volunteers from Sindhura. One of them bears a strange presence."

Nico nods, face darkening. Unknown to all, the Crimson Dharma's spy is already inside.

Scene 3: The Spy in the Wind

Meet Yurei, a quiet girl who joined Arslan's army as a Sindhuran scribe and wind mage. She keeps her aura muted, her gaze low—but she watches everything. Secretly, she carries a mark of blood lotus on her neck: the sign of the Crimson Dharma.

Yurei (inner monologue):

"He calls himself a savior. Yet his shadow is thick with pride. When the Flame King and the Wind King clash… I shall strike from within."

She's placed herself in Arslan's tactical division, where she gains daily access to military scrolls, movement orders… and Arslan's patterns.

Scene 4: Clash at Ember Gorge

Erza rides a storm-armored wyvern into the burning fields. With her Celestial Armor of the Typhoon Blade, she cuts through Turk's flame beasts with precision.

Rangiku uses her Illusion Heat Mist, creating copies of herself that explode into slicing gusts. Together, they push into Ember Gorge, Turk's natural chokepoint defense.

But Turk has anticipated them.

Enter General Karzai the Blazing Juggernaut—Darius's right hand. Wielding twin volcanic clubs, his body burns with Lava-Infused Muscle Magic, making him nearly indestructible.

Karzai (laughing):

"The Wind God sends women to do his bidding? Then I'll crush his dreams under your broken bones!"

Erza vs. Karzai.

Rangiku holds off the Crimson Legion.

The battlefield becomes a fiery tornado.

Scene 5: Duel of Kings

Far above, Arslan confronts King Darius III at the peak of Inferno's Crown, the largest volcano in the continent. The lava churns like a heartbeat beneath their feet.

Darius:

"You want to free the world. I want to own it. That makes us the same."

Arslan (calmly):

"No. I am the storm that breaks the wheel. You are the fire that clings to it."

Darius activates Divine Flame Magic:

Solar Spear,

Ash Barrier,

Phoenix Incineration.

He's a walking sun, impossible to approach.

Arslan counters with Spatial Isolation—bending time around the crater. Then he summons Dragonstorm Tempest, his sky dragon of wind and stardust.

Dragonstorm (roaring):

"Fire consumes. But even flame must bow… to the storm."

Climactic Battle Begins.

Scene 6: The Spy Makes Her Move

At the height of the battle, Yurei sneaks into Arslan's command vault using a spell to mimic Nico's voice. She retrieves a scroll of soul seals, capable of binding divine beasts.

She plans to weaken Dragonstorm Tempest at a key moment… but Nico appears behind her, revealing she's known all along.

Nico:

"I could smell the rot in your silence."

Yurei (smirking):

"Even gods have flaws. Especially those who love their followers."

They clash—Wind Illusion vs. Death Chains. Yurei escapes, barely, but the scroll is destroyed.

Scene 7: The Fall of Turk

Darius is defeated—but not killed.

Arslan (to Darius):

"You have strength, but no soul. I won't waste my blade on you. Live… and watch this world change without you."

Arslan places a Divine Seal on Darius, binding his magic and leaving him powerless. The kingdom of Turk collapses under Arslan's army—but instead of chains, Arslan offers food, healing, and freedom to its slaves.

For the first time in centuries… Turk kneels not in defeat, but in awe.

Closing Scene: The Flame Flickers

Back in the Ashen Caverns, Guru Vairan watches from a spirit mirror.

Vairan:

"Fire bows. Wind rises. But the soil remembers."

He speaks to a new figure cloaked in white flame—another Crimson Dharma elite, unseen until now…

???:

"It's almost time to open the Sixth Gate."

Crimson Dharma Elite: Ashva the White Flame

"Wind shatters. Fire dies. But ashes… ashes remain."

🩸 Name: Ashva the White Flame

🕯️ Title: The Ash Prophet, The Silent Ember, Final Child of the Collapse

🜂 Rank: Crimson Dharma's Second-in-Command—only Guru Vairan speaks above her.

⚖️ Role: Executor of the Dharma Collapse prophecy; wielder of soul fire and ancient judgment.

☠️ Origin:

Ashva was born during a solar eclipse in the ruins of the First Burning City, where an ancient Spirit Titan once awakened and destroyed three kingdoms before being sealed. Her mother died in childbirth. Her father offered her soul to the ashes.

But the ashes… accepted her.

She was raised by ghosts and fire spirits. She grew up inside a world of silence, smoke, and visions. By age 7, she burned a monastery to the ground—without lighting a single flame.

🔥 Magic Style: Soul-Ash Pyromancy

Ashva does not use conventional fire. She controls Soul Ash—a type of cursed flame that feeds on a person's regrets, memories, and spiritual essence. Unlike normal fire, it doesn't burn the body—it burns identity.

🔥 Signature Techniques:

1. Ash Baptism

Ashva flicks a pinch of white cinder at a target. If it connects, their soul begins to "burn"—memories vanish, powers weaken, and they forget who they are over time. Victims can turn on their own allies.

2. Wailing Cinders

Her ash wails with the voices of the dead. The sound causes uncontrollable grief and madness in enemies, especially those with unresolved trauma.

3. White Flame Clone

Ashva can project a perfect ash-form of herself, capable of independent speech, illusion, and minor combat magic. If destroyed, it explodes into silence, wiping out all magic within its radius for 60 seconds.

4. Crown of Embers

Her ultimate: ignites a ring of ancestral ash around herself. All divine or sacred magic is canceled in the area. The user's voice cannot be heard. Opponents' systems are "locked" as if paused by heaven itself.

(Note: Even Arslan's Divine Wind magic would flicker under this.)

🌘 Personality:

Cold, but not cruel. She does not kill for pleasure—but does so without hesitation.

Emotionally blank, speaking rarely, but when she does, her words cut deeper than most blades.

She fascinates Guru Vairan, who believes she is the Reincarnated Flame of Dharma Itself—the child destined to burn the false kings and reset the world.

⚔️ Relationship to Arslan:

Ashva is one of the few beings whose presence unsettles Arslan. His Divine Sixth Sense cannot fully "read" her. There is… no malice, only destiny.

Arslan (after first sensing her):

"She's not part of this world. Not even death claims her."

She may not hate Arslan—but believes he is the final obstacle to triggering the Dharma Collapse, the prophesied cataclysm that will destroy the corrupted age and birth the next.

🕯️ Prophetic Line About Her:

"Born of dust, untouched by name, she shall carry the final breath.

When gods kneel and kings fall, the white flame shall be the last to burn."

☠️ Secret Twist

Ashva may actually be…

Arslan's twin sister, stolen at birth.

Her soul was sacrificed by Andragoras in a secret ritual to grant him dominion over Pars. But the gods rejected his offering—and gave the flame to her instead.

Only Guru Vairan knows the truth. And he's saving it for when Arslan is weakest.
