Lilith immediately locked into the location of the demi-humans town and teleported just outisde of it. It was a decent size town with a lot of attractions.
The first place was the merchant's street. Only merchants and stores were in that area. The stores were mainly for rogue cultivators just entering and leaving. The stalls were basic needs for the cultivators.
This made Lilith actually quite happy. She ventured into the stores. She was decently impressed with the amount of the material inside the stores.
Of course, she had access to make more and a lot better materials and weapons. From what she could tell, most of it was actually well made.
She ended up buying the stores out completely. Even securing her special privileges within the merchant street.
She continued to go into the different areas. The next spot was the residence area. Here the stores only provided the daily needs of the residents and few pieces of dull equipment that young adults could train with.
Of course, Lilith was not allowed to buy anything. She even caused cursing as to why a true demon was walking around. Since she had already bought out the merchant street. She had been given special privileges to visit the outer stores.
She continued to the next area. This was the cultivator training area. Mainly demi-humans who were trying to at least be strong enough to fight toe to toe with humans and demons while having versatility in their weapons.
She sat down and watched as three human rogue cultivators and three demi-humans stood off.
The fight should have been for the demi-humans but after a minute of clashing. The demi-humans did not have the stamina to continue. This greatly upset Lilith.
"Your lost is because you all forced too much on your bodies. Rest up now and try again later." The human cultivators spoke.
This caused a massive upset in the demi-humans but Lilith stomped her foot. This shook the town. The demi-humans noticed her now and the humans knew her from the old description they had.
"LADY LILITH, THE WOMAN WHO MARRIED THE DEMON KING OF ANNIHILATION!" The humans roared in fear.
This caused the demi-humans to stop. Knowing that one of the most powerful women in the Nine Realms was there almost made them pass out.
"Listen here, in a little less than seven months. A massive War will be brought down on the Nine Realms. My husband as ordered for a town to be built in the Ninth Realm by demons. Humans and demons will be living and training there to the upmost within a months time. If you all head there and help out. Not only will you gain a foothold in helping build a massive town, gain entry into human and demon life, but training that you would never imagine otherwise.
If you have leaders, let them come talk to me. Otherwise, make your decision by dawn. We leave at dawn. No choices to be talked about unless you all rulers here." Lilith explained.
She left. Knowing that either way by lunch tomorrow the town will leave and be even bigger and better than before.
As the demi-humans spread word of Lilith's entrance. The rulers also heard of what she had also said in the training area.
They discussed heavily for a couple of hours. Even they felt too much was at stake now. If the War truly happened, their lives would no longer be there to make choices.
As the dusk began, Lilith was summoned to the rulers grand building. Although it was as tall as some of the merchant buildings. It was more beautiful than all of them combined.
As the building entrance opened for Lilith she was actually amazed at the sight of almost twenty demi-humans. Although they were all not physically or Qi strong. She could tell that those that were not actually had quite good intelligence on their appearance.
"On a vote of eleven to nine. We have decided to follow you. However, that will not be the case for everyone here. We will ultimately let everyone decide who wants to follow us and bring glory to the demi-humans to follow but those that don't will not be mistreated." The eldest one spoke.
"I am thankful for the chance to actually meet up with each of you. Of course, I also have to ask you all a single question before we begin.
Who dared to sign death warrants by staying here?" She spoke angrily.
The crowd stood up for those who did not.
She saw three who looked actually smart, while the rest were just brawns.
"You all may sit."
They did.
"What caused you eleven to actually move?" She asked.
The eldest spoke up, "I believe in the fact that the second strongest demon does not casually come out and talk of building a relationship to help win wars. If the War that is coming would be that terrible, it would threaten us the worst."
Another one who looked actually smart spoke up next, "Of course, those who wish to belittle the stature of War is none of us. Even if we disagree to move. We would have all pitched in to help secure a place to make sure that we could live afterwards.
What truly sat us apart this time is the mention of demons and humans working together. This is what separated us in the decision. If you had not spoken about that, I am positive we all would have just went with you." Then he sat down.
This caused Lilith to raise up. She casually placed her hands on the table.
"I know this will seem rude and evil of me. This is the best I can do." She applied a little force to the table.
It was instantly dust.
"What we are facing makes this look like child's play. Ensure that everyone leaves or is ready by lunch tomorrow. No discussion." She left the room.
"That was exhausting." Shs utterly silently after leaving the building.
