SHOCK. She was beyond shocked at what she was seeing, it was an ocean of colours, a literal ocean. Inside her head. So massive, her sight could not see the end of it! "What is this?!" then she felt a familiar feeling, a known feeling, the ocean… it... was calling out to her. "Oh, my GODs!" if she could have taken a step back, she would have, because she knew what this was. Spirit energy. It was the energy she spent her whole life absorbing but not being able to use, the energy she had no clue to as to where it was stored at within her. And now she was staring at it. An ocean of it!
After she got her head around that surprise, she started to feel a little dizzy and knew it was time to get out but how... she didn't quite know. So, Jasmine focused herself on getting out… of her mind.
She tried for a few seconds before she felt her mind relax and that dizzy feeling subsided. she realised she was standing on the ground like before. Still in this new world thought but not seeing an ocean of colours.
Jasmine felt excited but she didn't understand what this discovery meant for her until… 'wait what is that?'- Jasmine thought as she felt a strange vibration beneath her then she focused on the ground.
She could feel the ground beneath her, but not just where her hand was touching but much further deep within the ground. She could feel the roots and the soil and the living things in the earth, she was completely bewildered. Stunned in abject shock.
She knew now that for some reasons unknown to her that she had powers now, and after the initial shock of it all, she became very excited.
She finally had powers! She knew she had to calm down when her felt it waning and decided to check it out further, see how far her power could dive deep into the earth but she soon realised it wasn't too far down, though she wasn't disappointed.
She finally had powers she was going to be ungrateful! First, she had an ocean of spiritual energy in her head and now this!
So, she wanted to try and call for the roots to come out of the earth and to her absolute shock and delight, the roots really came out of the earth.
She once again she checked her surroundings just to make sure she was really on her own, then fully accepted that this was happening, and it was her who really did it.
She explained all of this to Althander, who was listening to her quietly and intently, making sure to fully take in what she was saying. She didn't have the same kind of power her people did, but it developed when she came here.
She could previously, absorb the energy from her own world but couldn't use it? It was all very mystifying to him, but he didn't have access to a knowledge pavilion. So, he didn't know what to make of the situation. All he knew was he had to protect her. she was his woman. He was sure of it; he could feel it in his bones she was his.
Once Jasmine had said all she could about herself and her situation and he took it all in, he was happy, delighted even. He knew it took a lot for her to tell him her story, but he still couldn't figure out how she got here or what exactly happened but since he couldn't figure it out he decided not to dwell on it too much since it wouldn't help him or her and they couldn't figure it what happened anyway.
After thinking it through, he decided to tell her about himself too, he wanted her to get to know him as well.
So, he talked to her about himself and the clan he came from, his title and the world she was now in. She was captivated by the way Althander opened up to her, sharing details about his clan and his role within it.
As they continued to talk, Jasmine found herself drawn to him more and more. She could sense a deep connection between them, something beyond just words. As time went on one day, as they sat together in a quiet moment, Althander took her hand and looked into her eyes with a sincerity that melted her heart. It was then that they both knew - they were meant to be.
Their love was undeniable, and Jasmine felt grateful for the mysterious ways in which fate had brought them together. The bond between them only grew stronger from that moment on, as they embarked on a new chapter of their lives together, hand in hand.
Sophia watched as they bonded and grew closer to each other day by day and knew they were in absolute love with each other, Sophia obviously didn't watch anything inappropriate between them (Just in case they really were her parents! How traumatising that would be!) and time told her the truth.
It had been sometime since she was playing the role of the peeping ghost and she was serious losing her mind now, she wanted to go home and the gigantic goddess behind her hadn't said a word to her for a long time, well it was probably like 2 hours earth time but still from Sophias prospective, she has seen a lot and just wanted to go home it was getting boring!
The goddess hearing her thoughts uttered- "Time is almost up, you are about to see what you need to."- Sophia, not expecting to hear for her, jumped in surprised and patted her chest to calm herself down.
