"I'm going to look the prettiest on that day" Isabella said to herself as she was trying out the new dresses that were brought from THE Madame Alexander's shop she was the best seamstress in the town. Isabella was so excited that her father's birthday was coming up in two days time. It was going to be grand, all royalties from different kingdoms were attending and even king Leroy Donovan. One of the most powerful kings, though a cold and ruthless ruler rumors had it that he was the most handsome man you would ever set your eyes on and this was the first he would be gracing their kingdom with his presence. Christin did not understand why everyone was going up and down just because of a birthday celebration. Christin Rory first daughter of king Frederick Rory although she was his first child she was also an illegitimate child. While king Frederick was already married to his wife queen Malka he was also having an affair with his personal maid. His personal maid Rani was his first love but he couldn't marry her because she wasn't from a noble home. The queen gave birth to her own child (Isabella) five months after Rani gave birth to Christin but Rani didn't live to hold her child in her arms. Christin was like a replica of her mother the only difference was that she had two different eye colors she had emerald eyes from her mother and chestnut brown eyes from her father, how she inherited both eyes colors from both parents was still a mystery to him. Some people found her to be strange so they avoided her. Two years later Queen Malka gave birth to a male child (Eric) she was so happy that her son will get to be the king. Malka hated Christin so much but she couldn't do anything to get rid of her.
The king did not like seeing Christin because she looked like her mother so he often ignored her but didn't get rid of her after all she was still his child and he still loved her . Just that her resemblance to her mother was too much that any time he saw her, he would always think of Rani and it broke his heart that she was no more because of her.
