Eijiro PoV
Gael took aim at me again, this time channeling his ice energy into a concentrated blast. "Let's freeze him in place!" he shouted, firing a powerful shot that erupted into a torrent of ice shards, swirling toward me like a blizzard.
Orlin moved in sync with Gael's attack, leaping into the air, using the bullets for cover.
I snickered as the bullets flew toward me. Time seemed to stand still to me.
Suddenly, Uneri streaked past Ore and exchanged blows with me again in the air. The shockwave pushed the icy bullets into the ring, even Orlin got pushed back by the force.
"Ugh," the young king said said, shielding his eyes from the bright flash from my clash with Uneri.
Uneri and I zoomed around the air, trying to find a weak point in the other's defense. Each blow caused the barrier and the ring below to tremble.
"Not bad, Uneri!" I called out, blocking another strike from his scimitar. "But you'll need to dig deeper if you want to land a hit!"
