Seb ran over and tackled me, giggling. "Daddy, you won!"
Sofia hummed. "What does sneaky mean?"
I chuckled, ruffling Seb's hair as I pulled him into a tight embrace. "Well, it means being clever and using tricks to get what you want. Like how we surprised Great-gramps with our plan today!"
"Like birthday?"
"You mean how you two little ones snuck up on me to yell 'Surprise!' on my birthday last year?" I teased, recalling the day they had managed to pull off the best surprise party ever. "That was a sneaky move, for sure!"
"Sofi said 'supy'," Seb said, giggling.
I snickered as recalling Sofia's babbling. She had gotten better at talking, but she was still just two.
"Yeah, she did! And it was adorable! Just like her," Setsuka said as she hugged our little girl.
Sofia let out a shy giggle, burying her face in her mother's shoulder. "Mama, I want to be sneaky again!" she said, her voice muffled but bright with excitement.
