"A group of children and a man? They have been constant visitors? Track them." ~Diana, Scorn of The Room
Hey! I am currently swamped with work. So this chapter was pulled out of the chapters that I had written previously. That means I am nine chapters ahead. The next chapter will be out when it is written. It is what it is.
Anyway.... enjoy! Leave a comment and stones.
Also I haven't really found the time to add all the pictures. Will do so when I got the time.

"So where's the kids?" Caalyx asked as they kept falling.
Gregori began to slow the fall, "I had them stay with a group of people."
"Trustworthy?" Caalyx asked.
"Don't know." Gregori answered.
Caalyx's eye spun around and focused on him, even with the darkness, the eye locked onto his magic, "Are you crazy? You'd choose to send them with random people?"
"No." Gregori smiled, "I choose to believe in my children. They are older and stronger."
Caalyx remained silent.
"They are strong enough to face anything the world throws at them and come out without a scratch on them." Gregori continued. "I made sure of it."
"Do YOU believe that?" Caalyx finally spoke.
Gregori took a shaky breath and answered, "I do. I will never tell them this..... but they are strong enough. Strong enough.... They are."
Caalyx sighed, "I know how well they are trained but real life is different."
"They know that too." Gregori smiled, "My children might not act like it but they are pretty smart. All of them."
"Are you sure?" Caalyx intoned.
"I am." Gregori answered, "Now..... tell me.... can you sense the Darkin?"
"Nope." Caalyx replied instantly. "Not at all. Are we even there?"
"We are." Gregori answered. "We are in Zaun right now."
"Osha Va'Zaun?" Caalyx asked.
"It is what it is called now..... yes..." Gregori answered.
Caalyx's eye glowed, "What do you mean?" His eyes became the only source of light in the tumbling dark.
"The lands have changed in the years you have been sealed." Gregori began. "The land was displaced. A mining incident gave way to the city being split in two. A massive cavern in between the two lands. One above and one below. The only thing I can confirm is that the cities are built on top of the older one."
"That means we are above Osha Va'Zaun." Caalyx's eye pointed downward.
Gregori nodded, "I hope the same."
"We could ask her." Caalyx fell into thought, "But still..... the world has changed this much... Ryze never spoke of this."
"Perhaps to keep you unaware." Gregori answered, "The passage of time is harsher on me than you. But its effects? They affect you more than me."
Caalyx sighed, "Well.... so now we explore the ruins of Osha Va'Zaun."
"If the Darkin was sealed in a tomb..... then yes." Gregori answered.
"It is." Caalyx answered, "I conferred with the Starchild."
TAP
Gregori's feet landed on the ground. "Then we explore till we find ruins."
"Ruins..." Caalyx repeated, his mind heavy with memories.

"This is pretty..." Faye observed as she stepped into The Last Drop. "Homey."
"It is the best you can find down here." Sevika said as she walked around the bar and poured herself a drink.
Rell walked up and sat on the chair facing her. "Pour me one."
"Aren't you a child?" She asked.
Briar hopped on and sat next to her, "No. We are both adults."
"Me too." Daisy said as she sat up on the chair.
Jinx silently walked up to the chair and sat on it, her head thudding on the table as her hand fell over her head.
"Not for her." Rell said as she glared at Daisy.
"Drink's extra." Sevika said.
"There enough gold in there to last us year." Sydell said as he too laid his head on the table, "And I do not see any of you eating as much as Briar here. So this should you last multiple years. And this stay is paid off with that."
"Drink's extra." Sevika repeated.
Rell stared at Sevika unblinkingly and then replied, "Daisy sheathe your sword. I don't want you killing the owner of the establishment we are staying at."
Sevika turned her head to see Daisy sheathe her sword. She frowned.
Was it..... glowing?
"Pour them the fucking drink handy." Jinx tilted her head up. "And as far as I know.... I own the establishment."
"Tch." Sevika poured them four drinks and slid three of them over.
Looking at the other expectant eyes in the room, she sighed and reached under the table and pulled out a flask. She poured out six glasses and slid them over to the children.
"Here." Briar said as she took other glass and gave it to the small child who hadn't spoken yet.
The child looked at her shyly and then reached for it. After grabbing hold of it she retreated to Jinx's side.
"Found anything yet?" Rell asked out loud.
The three outsiders looked confused at the question and looked around.
"Yes." Sydell answered, his head still on the table and his eyes closed.
The eyes turned to him.
"The enforcers are back up top. Their plan failed." He answered.
Jinx's hand slowly slid off her head and to her pistol.
In the same beat, Sevika's hand reached for the lever.
Sydell tilted his head to the side, his eyes falling on Jinx, "That's where I saw you..... you were the target...."
CLICK
The pistol was pointed at him.
Sydell looked unimpressed.
Rell looked past all of them and at Sydell, "What about father?"
"I haven't looked at him yet." Sydell answered, ignoring the weapon pointed at him.
THUD
Briar slammed her glass as she finished it. "Don't worry. He has Caalyx out."
"Then there is nothing to worry about is there?" Faye said as she sat up on one of the barstools.
"Tibbers says there is a problem." Annie interrupted.
All eyes turned to her.
"What?" Faye pulled out her book.
"There is one in these lands." Annie answered.
Daani turned back from the Jukebox he was inspecting, "One of the Ten?"
"Greed." Annie answered. "It is maintaining its distance now.... but Tibbers isn't sure for how long it will do so."
"What are you talking about?" Sevika interrupted, she turned to Sydell, "And what did you see?"
"Demons." He answered, "And I saw the group of enforcers leave Zaun saying that their plan failed. They tried to capture her." He tilted his head in Jinx's direction, her gun still pointed at him. "And please.... don't bother. You would die before you managed to shoot me."
Sevika frowned for a moment before he eyes widened, "Magic...." She looked over the group, "Mages."
"You know?" Sydell asked.
Jinx frowned and her arm dropped a bit.
Sevika nodded, "There have been a few here but they don't use their magic here anymore."
Sydell nodded, "Fear." He shrugged, "I understand."
"Magic?" Jinx spoke up, "Like the one powering this?" She flicked her pistol and a chamber opened up revealing a glowing blue marble.
"What's that?" Briar asked.
Sydell squinted, associating the glow he had seen to the marble, "Hextech."
She nodded, flicking it back closed.
"It is different. Magic exists everywhere. We only life because of magic. Everyone has it, however small. But few actually have the luck to be able to use it."
"All of you can use it?" Sevika asked looking over the entire group.
Sydell nodded, "In various ways.... yes."
"Show me." Sevika said but beneath the stone faced exterior, Sydell could see her anticipation.
"Annie?" Sydell asked.
Annie raised a hand.
"What's supposed to hap-" Jinx began
FWOOOM
The hand caught on fire.
Her eyes widened as she looked at the flame slowly lift off of Annie's hand and float above her hand. It then split into four separate balls and began to spin around her hand.
"All of you can do this?" Jinx asked in shock.
"Nope." Briar answered, "We are all different. Only Annie controls fire."
"And Tibbers?" Sevika asked, remembering the name from before.
The balls of flame disappeared and Annie placed her bear on the table.
"That.....is.... Tibbers?" Sevika asked.
"Yep." Faye answered popping the P
Jinx began chuckling, "And they call me crazy!"
But the little girl behind Jinx looked very excited at the display of magic.
Briar eyed the little girl and reached for her when her attention was focused on Annie.
GRAB
The girl struggled in her grip.
Briar lifted and placed her on the table. "What's your name?" She asked with a smile.
The girl continued struggling.
"She won't speak if you do it like that." Faye said from the side.
Briar refused to let her move, "Rell was like that too but we made her speak normally didn't we."
Rell frowned at her sister, "I didn't speak because I didn't want to."
The girl started making noises.
She frowned even more, "She isn't speaking because she cannot."
"YOU CANNOT?!" Briar was dumbfounded as she stared at the child in front of her.
