Chapter 83 - 82 You're a MONSTER!!! 1

"D-Danzo...what did you do?!" A girl mumbled, shivering

"I-I sav..."

"WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO?!?" The girl screamed out in despair, the blood stained body she was holding now had gotten cold from the rain

Danzo looked at the girl in front of him, crying her eyes out. He stepped closer to console her, but, she swung her hand at hand making him stop in his tracks

"Dont get any closer, you FREAK!" She looked at him with hatred from all her heart.

"How-how am I the bad guy here? Didn't you see what kind of person he was? How he treated you, His own wife and mother of his kid?" Danzo screamed back at the woman in front of him.

The bloodied knife in his hand shone from the moonlight reflecting on it. Catching her attention.

"You SICK FUCK! Are you going to kill me and my kid too? Was killing his ENTIRE FAMILY wasn't enough for you?" She spat out looking at Danzo who saw what she meant and threw the knife away.

"I would never hurt you, Haruka, never in my life. I just want you to be safe...safe from him and his family. Can you still not see it clearly? He wanted to use you for the wealth you inherited and then leave you."

Danzo fell to his knees to meet his sister at eye level, but she refused to look into his eyes. Disgust and hate was evident on her face as she turned away from him.

Danzo moved to the direction hismsister was looking at to get her to see him. She turned her head again but Danzo held her to keep her from turning away.

"WHAT? You-you...you killed my husband! His father!" She placed her hand on her abdomen "and EVERY SINGLE PERSON related to him by blood. What more do you want, you murderer."

"I'm not a murderer, I'm not a freak or anything you say. You don't realize what I've saved you from. yo-you should be THANKING ME!!!" Danzo couldn't notice the tears coming out of his eyes, from all the intense rain pouring on him.

"I don't need a PSYCHOPATH on a white horse to come SAVE ME! You think you can just come back from the war and meddle into MY LIFE and decide who gets to live and who doesn't!" Haruka yelled as she stood up and tried walking away, but Danzo held her hand stopping her.

"My-my sensei died. All my friends, who I saw as brothers also died. Please...you are all family I have left. I cannot bear the pain of losing you too. There's not a single line in the world I wouldn't cross to keep you safe and happy."

"You're a MONSTER!!! You should have died in the war alongside those brothers of yours. You have no right to live! Just kill yourself and save me the trouble of hiding my unborn child from someone as unlovable like you." She made Danzo let go of her hand as she walked away from him.

Danzo just watched her retreating figure shrink over time, the rain was chilling and the occasional thunder caused him to flinch, as each thunder felt like another harsh comment made by his sister.

---

Danzo, Koharu and Homura all walked out of the Hokage's office, each assigned with their own tasks.

Homura and Koharu were tasked to deal with the aftermath of all the meeting and coordinate with the ministers of the daimyo.

Among the many plans they created, one of them was to reduce the missions recieved by the smaller nations to choke them into submission.

While the other countries are pretending to support the smaller countries and back konoha into a corner. They moment these countries have their source of business cutoff, the great nations will turn their backs on them. Afterall, why should they take in the enemy's subordinates.

The risk of betrayal will be immense. The kages of these small nations may dislike konoha but the children of their country grow up singing the nursery rhymes of konoha.

Meanwhile, Danzo was given a more radical job to do.

Danzo walked into the anbu headquarters, all ninjas who saw him instantly bowed in respect. They watched his emotionless self walk past them and walk into the their commander's office with no regard that someone was already there.

"Lord Danzo? What brings you here at this hour? What can we do for you?" The anbu commander instantly stood up and bowed to the man. The younger woman who was also in the room got nervous and bowed as well.

"Leave. Now." The young woman instantly left, leaving Danzo to explain Hiruzen's plan to the commander, whose eyes widened as each word exited Danzo's mouth.

Even the mask on his face couldn't hide his expression. What Danzo asked...no ordered him to do, it was extremely risky, suicidal even.

"L-lord Danzo, if we do this, we are essentially taking the blame that we did everything what they accuse us of, also the fact that it will definitely incite a war. Did Lord Hokage really want us to this? This doesn't seem like something he would order us to do."

The commander was nervous from what he heard but stood his ground. According to him there is no way that the Hokage would order them to do something like this.

"The proposal was given by me. He agrees to it. If you have a problem with then hand over your forehead protector and leave, this needs to be done no matter what." Danzo didn't stay for further talk and left. His nephew was about to reach home.

The commander watched Danzo leave, a sweat bead fell from his face. "In the worst case we will wage against the entire world, and in the best case the great nations team up against us." The commander mumbled before sitting back down.

He signaled all the teams captains available to assemble at the headquarters.

Satoeu was sitting in Mitsuki-sensei's garden, he gently poured water at the plant that seemed like it was drying out. It was a tulip flower which he bought for her when he graduated from the academy.

The tulips were small back then and have significantly grown in the past six months, but now they were drying out.

"The number of b rank missions have significantly increased recently...alongside shinobi based injuries. I intact stopped teaching at the academy to help out at the hospital. I can barely come home once every two days." Mitsuki-sensei said, her fingers traced the dusty floor near where she sat, an unhealthy amount of dust accumulated on her finger.

"I understand...I myself don't come home ever since the mission level has increased. I can't keep up with my friends...they're always busy when I'm free and I'm busy when they are free." Satoru started watering other plants which also seemed dried.

"Luckily, it's June. The rainy season will take care of this problem for a while!" Mitsuki-sensei said, her smile seemed genuine, almost.

"Not that one. That one will die if it gets too much water. You'll have to move it back into a pot and keep it indoors." Satoru pointed at a red flower.

"Hmm. Since you are free for the next month, you only have training to do, why don't you help me get the house in order. The cleaning and relocating of the plant, how about it?" Mitsuki-sensei stood up and hugged him from behind, before giving him a kiss on the head.

"Sure. It's not like I have anything else to do in my free time." Satoru muttered, the cigarette smoke from her was mildly irritating for him.

Her smile faded. She took out a box and showed it to Satoru who was shocked.

"You don't have anything to do in your free time? Then, what is this?" Shinichi asked. He was standing near the entrance looking at the two of them.

'H-how did they fi-find out? That box contains the bloody tissue from that guy!' Satoru tried to reach into his weapons pouch, but realized that it wasn't there.

The hug from mitsuki turned into a choke hold as satoru realized the hug ans the kiss was to disarm him and make him let us guard down. Satoeu resisted all he could under Mitsuki's chokehold, his body was quickly losing strength but his mind ran a thousand miles per hour.

'How did they find it? I hid it in a locker which isn't even in my name! What will happen to me? Sen-sensei...will he kill me for this? I'm a criminal afterall. I don't want this...I don't want to die.' Satoru's mind raced as body began moving around desperately to escape.

"We are going to have a long chat about this...when you wake up." Shinichi said while walking closer to Satoru.

"W-what? Sensei, wai..." Satoru couldn't complete his train of thoughts as a needle pierced his neck and knocked him out. The last thing Satoru saw wasn't what he expected. Instead of an angered disappointed look he saw a sad...almost empathetic expression, or at least that was what it looked like.

Satoru fell unconscious in Mitsuki's arms. His accelerated panicked breathing now calmer from the tranquilizer. Mitsuki's eyes accumulated tears as she looked at the boy who she took care of since he was seven.

She loved him as a son and even decided to adopt him if he became a chunin. But deep down, she would have loved him as her own and an exam cannot do anything about it.

But now, looking at the boy who once slept on her lap is a ruthless killer made her heart shatter.

They lived in a world of shinobi, people who made killing their trade and their craft. Killing wasn't seen as personal, people only killed when required and still treated it as a serious matter despite being so desensitized to it.

But for someone to kill another human being just for pleasure or passion...it was considered so disgusting and disrespectful that if someone were to be revealed to take part in such acts, it would instantly ruin their lives as riots would begin and fellow shinobi would try to kill them as actions like these went against their silent moral code every shinobi followed.

The act of taking pleasure in ending someone's life, to ruin decades worth of complex emotional bonds formed among people by undergoing through hell and heaven together, leaving behind family members who are left to their own devices without any closure that their family may never be complete again.

This is one of the greatest sins known to shinobi all over the world besides betraying you comrades and failing your mission. Any person who would do such a thing is a MONSTER indeed. A being so different from others that it cannot be classified among others.

Satoeu had committed this sin. Now she has to come to terms with it. Tears fell from her face onto Satoru unconscious body lying in her lap. Her cried soon turned into complete wailing, Shinichi held her close and wiped her tears as they came.

"If we are lucky...its still not too late. If he is yet to acquire the taste of human blood, he can still be controlled. Don't lose hope just yet, there is still hope, Mitsuki. There is still hope." Shinichi and Mitsuki stayed near Satoru for a while in the newly found silence, now that Mitsuki stopped crying.

---

Satoru opened his eyes groggily. He instantly became after noticing that he was tired up and his chakra was sealed. He looked around and saw he was in the empty storage room of Mitsuki-sensei's house.

Satoru then suddenly turned to see Mitsuki and Shinichi-sensei enter the room. Satoru looked at her face, her eyes looked red, from what he thought was from crying.

But unlike before there was no hint of emotions on Shinichi-sensei's face.
