In the tremendous roar, the back door of the Temple of Courage slowly opened, and the path leading to the Sacrificial Arena gradually unfolded before Vic.
At the end of the path was a refreshing full moon.
Vic stood dumbfounded under the moonlight, his body still maintaining the posture from when he threw the Thunder Spear.
Because even now, Vic could hardly believe that he actually succeeded.
He was clearly too scared to even lift his head earlier, but in that instant, the fear vanished from his heart. So much so that he really grabbed hold of the thunder and pierced through the darkness.
Looking at the moon above his head, Vic couldn't help but grin.
"Thank you, Vic... uh."
Vic paused for a moment, then scratched his head, revealing a silly smile.
Obviously, he was Vic, and it was something he had done before. It was just doing it again.
But even so, he was still very happy, feeling that he had finally accomplished something a Hunter should accomplish.
