Chapter 1131 - Chapter 1131 Setback

As if discovering a new continent, or like a pure and innocent young virgin, Kuro tucked away his claws and pressed his soft, fleshy paws against Coo's body, rubbing back and forth.

From clumsy to skilled, it took only a few seconds.

Earlier, a single touch had sent an electric shock through him. Now, his rubbing motions were like those of an old hand.

Anyway, watching from the side, Law looked as if he'd seen a ghost.

"Cough."

Law coughed lightly, reminding Kuro to be mindful of the setting.

At that moment, Kuro was immersed in a blissful youth... a few coughs couldn't possibly snap him out of it.

"Ah, this indescribable fleshy feeling, and this smooth, silky fur..."

Kuro's rubbing gradually used a bit more force, acting with impunity, making Law and Ging feel like they were keeping watch for him.

"I said, that's enough."

Law shook his head, reached out, grabbed Kuro's head, and pulled him back.

"No, not enough!"

Kuro shouted, his lecherous nature on full display.

"Hmm?"

The hand Law had on Kuro's head suddenly grabbed nothing as Kuro transformed into his smoke form, escaping his grip.

Then, the smoke-form Kuro darted forward two or three steps, turned back into physical form, and pounced directly onto Coo. His long tail stood up high, his entire body radiating masculine pheromones.

Law's face darkened. He thought to himself, 'Had Kuro gone into heat?'

"If this Magical Beast weren't so dangerous, we could set up a research project," Ging said, stroking his chin with interest.

"What project?" Law asked, following up.

"On the reproductive viability between Nen Beasts and Magical Beasts."

Ging showed a crafty expression, his eyes sparkling with keen interest.

Law's eyelids twitched several times. Silently, he averted his gaze, then again reached out to try and pull Kuro off.

Just then, Coo opened her eyes.

Seeing this, Law's outstretched hand stopped mid-air.

Kuro, on the other hand, met Coo's gaze at close range. He blinked, completely unfazed, and didn't stop his hands.

Coo paused for a moment, then stiffly looked down at Kuro's fleshy paw causing mischief on her body.

After a brief silence, Coo, shedding her previous ferocious and cold demeanor, like a little girl suffering a great injustice, opened her mouth and let out a piercing, miserable scream.

Her intense reaction startled Kuro so much that he quickly withdrew his hands, retreated two body lengths, and hovered in the air, watching the weakly struggling Coo.

"I-I can explain," Kuro said, his face full of embarrassment, clearly feeling guilty. But soon, he thought of their mutual positions, straightened his back, and said righteously, "Hey, why should I explain to you anyway?"

Coo immediately glared at the unrepentant Kuro with murderous eyes.

She realized that in her current state, she couldn't even break free from this invisible restraint, so she stopped struggling and screaming.

"Hee hee hee."

In absolute safety, Kuro felt no need to restrain himself, issuing a lecherous laugh.

His actions made Coo increasingly anguished and angry, but unable to do anything about this despicable creature, she nearly suffered internal injuries.

"You… enough is enough."

Law again grabbed Kuro by the head and tossed him aside.

"Hey, don't you want to extract information from her? I can use my charm to win her over and make her cooperate willingly!"

If looks could kill, Kuro would have been torn to shreds by Coo by now.

"Go find the Nyoi-Bo. One more word of nonsense, and you'll regret it."

Law shot Kuro a fierce glare. The latter shuddered, muttered a few complaints, then reluctantly glanced at Coo, giving her the creeps.

Finally, Kuro obediently went off to find the staff, which had fallen somewhere.

With the troublemaker gone, there was a feeling that things could finally get back on track.

Coo looked at the two humans before her, her expression gradually turning cold. She had no awareness of being a captive at all.

After examining Coo's current state at close range, Law said seriously, "Honestly, under those circumstances, not only did you not die, but you didn't sustain any injuries. That surprised me greatly. It seems you must have consumed a considerable amount of your Nen by doing so."

"Oh, by the way, we call this energy Nen."

Law raised his right hand, Nen swirling around it.

"But you might call it life force, or something else, like solar power."

Listening to Law's words, Coo showed no reaction. Her somewhat dim animal eyes were full of indifference.

After a moment of silence, Law said calmly, "You probably don't fully understand your current situation."

Coo suddenly let out a mocking laugh and said coldly, "You humans' action patterns are terrifyingly simplistic. Do you want something from me? Dream on."

Law and Ging exchanged a glance.

After a moment, Law, unaffected, asked calmly, "Do you know Don Freecss?"

Coo simply assumed an attitude of preferring death over submission, ignoring Law.

Ever since Coo had assumed this weak form, her entire demeanor had changed.

Perhaps because she now seemed completely harmless.

That was why Kuro had dared to molest her so brazenly... he could see that in her current state, Coo couldn't even perform a basic attack.

The evidence was her Nen Reserves, which were nearly exhausted.

Watching the silent Coo, Law paused, then said, "I have some experience in interrogation. I'm just not sure... if you can hold up."

Coo's cold gaze suddenly swept over, eerily calm.

Law narrowed his eyes. He could see that this was no ordinary death-defying attitude... it was unnervingly composed.

'Hmm?'

He suddenly thought of how Coo had reacted to Kuro's molestation, which is a world away from her current demeanor.

With this thought, he considered Kuro's despicable behavior and shook his head slightly.

Law suddenly moved, directly cutting open Coo's body and quickly removing her heart.

Throughout the process, Law paid attention to Coo's reaction.

In the end, even as he removed her heart, Coo showed no emotional fluctuation whatsoever.

Compared to her reaction when molested by Kuro, she was now as calm as a statue.

'But, you'll suffer soon enough.'

Law thought silently, summoning his book and placing Coo's heart inside.

Then, he used his God's Hand ability to induce pain in Coo.

Coo's brow immediately furrowed, clearly reacting to the pain.

But...

Other than that, there was no other reaction.

A flicker of surprise crossed Law's eyes. It was the first time he had seen a creature withstand the pain induced by God Hand.

Ging also noticed Coo's reaction and said with surprise, "She's something else."

Law had already adjusted the pain level to its maximum, but Coo only furrowed her brow, showing her terrifyingly high pain tolerance.

The ability lasted about five minutes, yet Coo remained as unmovable as a mountain.

Law's brow furrowed. He hadn't expected the pain-inducing ability of God's Hand to encounter its first setback with Coo.

Just then, Kuro returned, bringing back the Nyoi-Bo, restored to its normal size.

Law looked at Kuro, his gaze shifting slightly.

"What?"

Kuro immediately looked wary.
