Chapter 188 - The Fallen Order [2]

Celara stared in disbelief at the woman who had just kicked her a great distance. If she could feel pain from physical damage, she would have cried; however, she soon realised just why she had been kicked away.

The woman who seemed like the sun of Order was locked in a duel with the Supreme Chaos. Before she could even react, it was over. Just as the reality seemed to break, it was replaced by infinite anguished faces.

Yet despite that, she could do nothing but admire them. They were not the faces of Chaos, but an unknown form of Order. Despite its alien nature, she cared not. If the order, which was unknown to her, was capable of obliterating the Chaos so effortlessly, then she would embrace it with all her heart.

She grunted as she pushed herself off the ground, "To think that the supreme Chaos was my cage, quite literally. Chrunus, you really hate me, huh..." She couldn't help but chuckle at the absurdity.

She knew for a fact that he could summon a very limited amount of Supreme Chaos Elementals, yet he used one of his most valued servants as a cage. It was absurd, it was comical.

Then the woman who saved her turned into a wheel with many eyes. Celara's fear grew in her heart, she wished to scream and run away. Yet in the same time she felt safe and at peace.

And then, just as she finished her thought, the faces disappeared... together with the elemental. Then the wheels turned into the woman once again.

"Lady... you didn't have to kick me that hard... but thank you... I would have been toast." She stared at her, yet despite the kick, she understood that she would have been killed.

"Not a problem, you will be fine, a goddess should be able to handle some pain." The woman grinned at her.

Celara grunted, "I know... I have a lot of questions. I do hope you answer at least some of them..."

Raguel reached out with her hand and helped Celara up. "Sure, but first you go to Fortuna. Father had gone to deal with Chrunus."

Celara's golden eyes widened, "That answers at least one question, but raises others, ha! Let's talk on our way."

The Angel pulled Celare by her hand and placed her in her hands, "Let's go."

As soon as Raguel moved, the flood of silver arrived on the horizon. The angels have arrived to destroy anything that dared stand in the way of the Father. Celara looked around, then back at the Angel.

"So what is your name, Lady?" She felt she could fully trust this woman, just because of one simple fact. She reminded her of herself, but infinitely more powerful.

"Raguel. The Judge. The Throne. I do hope that answers your question." Raguel spoke softly.

"Kind of, so I think i can walk on my own." Celara pointed at Raguel's arms.

"No, you are far too weak. Celara, you need to understand, pride is useless."

"I get it... But still..." Celara puffed out her cheeks as she was carried in Raguel's arms. "Do you know if Natura is alive?"

Raguel hummed for a moment as she plunged into thought, "She is, my sister was sent to the former domain of Nature. Even if Chrunus himself had attacked Natura over there, my sister would block him." She inhaled sharply, "Which means, if Octavia is one protecting your sister, then she is safe and sound."

Celara relaxed slightly as she was reassured, "I am so glad... she came by recently, I thought I would never again hear her voice. Chrunus was about to send all of other gods into the mortal world."

"What?!" Raguel stopped, her grip tightened slightly.

Celara's eyes widened as Raguel's fingers dug into her skin, "I thought you knew that... Chrunus was about to force all gods other than me to go to the mortal world. It was a death sentence for us."

'This is bad... all of the Supreme Angels are attacking, only some greaters are left defending the gate.' Raguel frowned. "Do you know if any supreme elementals will descend?"

Celara shook her head, "No, all I know is that Chrunus is finally at the stage where he wants to get rid of us and become one true God."

Raguel stared into the distance. This was troubling.

"Lady Raguel?" Celara shifted in the Angel's tight grip.

"Do not worry, all will be fine." Raguel cracked a smile as she contacted Cedric. The Father would not allow his greater Angels to die.

[Father, I bring urgent information!] Raguel shouted with utmost urgency. If Chrunus was able to kill even a single Angel, she would have nobody but herself to blame.

[Speak.] Cedric spoke calmly.

[Chrunus has likely already sent most of the dominated gods to the mortal world. However, I am worried that Supreme Chaos-type elementals are among them. This is a danger for the greater Angels.]

The silence was deafening; the Father's thoughts must never be disrupted. If he had taken a decade to arrive at a conclusion, then Raguel would wait patiently.

[Relay to Octavia, her duty now is to defend the greater Angels in the mortal world. Not a single one is allowed to die.]

Raguel nodded in approval. Father was truly merciful and kind. She bit her lower lip as she plunged into thoughts.

'Chrunus needs to realise, his plans will never work against Father's Forces. The pagan god is far too idiotic and arrogant to face the Father.'

Celara gained a worried expression as she stared at Raguel's intense stare. The moment the Judge noticed how scared the weakened goddess was, she regained her kind expression.

"Do not worry, Celara. Let's go to your sisters for now. Father has already taken into account the idiotic move Chrunus is likely to pull."

The goddess did not protest; after all, what could she do? If she stayed at the mercy of Chrunus, she would be used as a trophy, while going with someone so similar to her would surely yield a better outcome for her than merely being something to laugh at.
