Lily Turner was momentarily confused about who Grant Heath was referring to, but she quickly recalled the situation that happened during their last meal, Adrian Linton! That guy really knows how to give himself a name.
"What are you babbling all these truths for!"
Lily Turner raised her hand and smacked Grant Heath. Her actions were not only sudden, but also quite surprising. Grant was startled and annoyed by her words and actions, and his expression immediately darkened.
"Lily Turner! You really are fickle, aren't you? Now that you have a new husband, you've forgotten about your old one—me."
Just as he turned to look at Lily, his expression changed from gloomy to cheerful, showing no sign of displeasure or anger at all.
Due to Grant Heath's intentional disguise, Lily didn't notice anything unusual. Upon hearing what he said, she immediately thought he was joking with her.
"Grant Heath! You better watch your head, my husband's temper isn't great either."
