"Hanzō, as I've already said, if you don't want to die so quickly, you should call out the person behind you."
To Torifu's surprise, Hanzō just laughed. "I admit you are very strong, much stronger than me. I don't even have the power to fight back against you. But you are about to feel the same way."
As soon as Hanzō's words fell, Torifu felt the air around them begin to heat up.
"Look over there!"
The Kazekage exclaimed in shock, pointing toward the gap Onoki had created. Inside Amegakure, a gigantic fireball was flying directly toward them! The temperature of the flames was so high that they could feel the heat from over a dozen meters away. Meanwhile, Hanzō had disappeared to who knows where.
"You two, fall back. I'll handle this."
Torifu motioned for Onoki and the Kazekage to retreat. A Dust Release would be too much trouble for a fireball this big. The fireball's temperature was incredibly high, far beyond what a normal Fire Release could reach. If the Kazekage were to handle it, not only would the wind from his jutsu feed the flames, but his iron sand would likely melt into a solid ingot upon contact.
Torifu stepped forward, his right hand extended directly at the crimson fireball. He then encased his entire body in ice and froze the ground beneath his feet as well! But Torifu's Ice Release was no match for these flames. It melted with shocking ease. Even the ice covering Torifu was rapidly melting. With no other choice, Torifu had to prepare a jutsu while fully channeling his Ice Release to cool himself down.
Finally, the fireball flew out of Amegakure! The scorching heat instantly spread out! The ice layer on the ground melted in an instant, then evaporated into thin air. The ground, which had been soaked by the constant rain, now cracked and dried up.
"Cloud Release: Inverted Crane Cry Scattered Flower Jutsu!"
The moment the scorching crimson fireball made contact with Torifu's palm, it suddenly exploded, scattering countless pure white wisps of cloud vapor. Three cloud cranes flew out from within, letting out loud cries.
"What... what just happened?"
Onoki and the Kazekage stared blankly at Torifu. How did that giant fireball just disappear? Was it a jutsu from the Hokage? It was incredibly powerful.
After dispersing the fireball, Torifu removed the ice from his body. "Whew, I'm a little numb from the cold. That fireball was ridiculously strong. No wonder Hanzō was so afraid."
"Hehehehe, you seem very confident in your own strength."
A woman's voice came from above Torifu. He immediately retreated and looked up at the sky. He saw a woman in a white robe floating in mid-air. Her skin was white, and she had horn-like growths on her head. All of this pointed to one thing: the Ōtsutsuki clan! But she didn't have the Byakugan or Rinnegan of the Ōtsutsuki, nor did she have a third eye on her forehead. Aside from the horns and white skin, she looked no different from an ordinary person.
"Did you create that fireball just now?"
The woman lowered herself, looking at Torifu with a smile. "Yes. But an attack of that level took me some effort, and I can't believe it was so easily neutralized."
Torifu looked at her calm and nonchalant expression, which made it seem like it didn't take much effort at all.
"What's your goal? Is it the same as Rain?"
Upon hearing that name, the woman laughed even more, but Torifu noticed a subtle twitch at the corner of her eye. Sure enough, in the next second, she suddenly erupted! A scorching aura swept across the land. Torifu quickly used an ice wall to block it, averting the immediate crisis.
"That was a warning. Don't you dare compare a perfect life form like me with that defective product. He is not worthy."
"A useless thing like him, it's fine if he's dead. Have fun with him. I heard that even with his strength, he almost took your life?"
"You must be so weak."
After saying that, she let out a piercing cackle.
Onoki warily eyed the crazed woman in front of him, then whispered, "Hokage-sama, do you know this person?"
Torifu shook his head. "No. But four years ago, their organization sent a man to wreak havoc in the Land of Whirlpools. I killed him, but it looks like their relationship isn't very good."
"Should we make a move?"
Torifu gave a small smile. "Don't rush. We have more help on the way."
With a wave of his hand, the crystal wall behind him slowly sank into the ground. As the smoke and dust cleared, Hashirama, Tobirama, Hiruzen, and Naori came forward.
The Kazekage and Onoki were momentarily stunned. Konoha had gone all out! Even the First and Second Hokage had come.
Hashirama walked over to Torifu. "Is she the person behind all this that you spoke of?"
Torifu nodded. "That's right, Sensei. She's from the same organization as that person in the Land of Whirlpools."
Hashirama sighed and put a hand to his forehead. "My, where do these monsters keep coming from? She looks much stronger than me."
Torifu spread his hands. "There's nothing we can do. She wants my life, so I have no choice but to kill her."
"Then there's no need to talk. Let's go!"
Hashirama clapped his hands together, and huge trees burst out from underground! They wrapped around the woman, restraining her. But before he could make a move, flames erupted from her body, instantly incinerating the very top of the trees. Everything the flames touched turned to charcoal.
"Oh no, this is even stronger than Madara's flames."
He gave Tobirama a look, and Tobirama immediately understood. He made hand signs, and a giant water vortex appeared under the woman's feet! But the Water Release, which would have had a geographical advantage, was now useless because all the water nearby had been evaporated by the fireball! So now, Tobirama could only release the Water Release with his own power!
But even so, the power of the water vortex was not to be underestimated! Countless water droplets rose from the vortex and gathered above the woman, instantly forming a giant water sphere! Just as she was about to escape, the water sphere burst! The water splashed, drenching her robe. Immediately after, a huge water dragon bit her and began shaking, trying to tear her body apart! Unfortunately, it only lasted for a few seconds. With the flames emanating from her body, the water dragon was quickly evaporated.
"Your ninjutsu is so pathetic, but you have so many tricks. I want to see what else you've got."
Everyone present was now dumbfounded. Even the jutsu of the First and Second Hokage had no effect? While that man, Rain, was powerful, Torifu had managed to kill him even before reaching the Kage-level pinnacle. This woman's strength was far superior to his.
"Is no one else going to make a move? Then it's my turn."
