The Watson Family Estate
In the living room, Celeste doted on Adam like he was a precious gem she couldn't part with. Wherever he went, she followed closely, smiling with warmth and affection.
"Great-grandma, please have some water," Adam said sweetly.
He was a sharp little boy with a silver tongue. One moment he handed her a glass of water, the next he was offering snacks, charming Celeste so much she couldn't stop laughing.
"Just listen to that. Adam is such a sweetheart," she said with a chuckle. "Already better than Gilbert ever was. That boy used to walk around with a scowl and never said anything kind."
"He really is impressive," Garrett added with a gentle smile, watching his great-grandson fondly.
Adam was truly adorable, rosy-cheeked with delicate features, and even in the smallest gestures, he carried traces of Gilbert's presence. He was warm and considerate, full of childish energy and innocence, the kind of boy who lit up a room like a ray of sunshine.
