Amara's POV
I woke up breathing heavily and sweating profusely, what had happened earlier?,i am lying down but where was i?, what of the school? Many questions reeled through my mind as i tried to grasp the nature of my sorrounding, it was a bright white vast space, similar to that of the Sagittarius, Zephyrs' white room, but this one was different, i noticed that it was filled with a different kind of magic energy, but it wasn't strange to me, i have felt this before but i can't remember when the memory was vague.
I heard a voice, a grunt and moan beside me, i sat up from my lying state and looked to find the source, it was Lunare his blonde hair glinting in the white light, beside him laid sophia, that was when i saw it for the first time since i met her, Her beauty was unmatched, her red hair was so silky that you would always mistake it for a wig if u didn't know better and her noise was so pointy, her cheekbones so high, her eyes so sharp and slit, typical model if you ask me. She had a unique shade of milk to her skin.
'hey' I called to them, my voice producing a subtle echo effect, the place was really vast, Lu rolled opened his eyes and blinked repeatedly, he turned his head towards me and sat up immediately eyes widened, i guess he was just as surprised to see me just like i was to see him.
'Amara, what's going on? Where are we? He cried
'Calm down, I don't know seems that we are in a magic Space' i replied, intentionally setting my tone to create a diplomatic identity.
'A magic space? This is what it looks like? Never been in one before, it's so....empty' ...Yeah that's why it's called a space genius. Just then i saw Sophia roll herself and sat up immediately, she gazed at the both of us, widening her eyes and narrowing them immediately.
'Oh? I guess this is another zodiac summoning' she said as she looked around observing the area, she looked down and i automatically joined her to look too, the ground felt tiles and it was as transparent as water showcasing the mass body of water below.
'No, doesn't feel like it, this magic is different' I replied still maintaining the diplomatic tone.
'I see..' she muttered and said nothing again, i found this agitating why is she still self reserved even in a moment like this and Lu why hasn't he said anything since she woke up.
'Oh this is Corny!!' i screamed, clearly startling both of them.
'Why are we still maintaining this shit, even at the state, what happened?' i said frustrated.
'what do you mean?' asked Lu.
'Can we agree that this friendship has been disoriented since the summoning?' i added.
'Yeah i noticed' Said Sophia.
'Well...what happened to you guys out there?' i asked hoping for a conversation but was met with nothing, even Sophia who had talked earlier.
'Well, i will go first, my Trial took place in the realm of the Sagittarius, we basically talked about my power and he gave me reasons why i need to improve' i added, hoping inwardly for a reply.
'Wait...so you didn't go to the past?' Lu asked, talking finally.
'Nope and why would i do that?' I replied, i was really relieved because my past was really nothing to write home about.
'So it is different for every one?' Asked Sophia, she was now standing and so were the rest of us.
'I guess so...' said Lu, with a tone i recognise too well for the one week i had experienced it, it was a tone he made when he was about to fall into his self reserved mess.
'Oh come on!?, so nobody could tell me what went down in thier trial? This is unfair i have already told you mine,so you are 'all are very much obliged' i added, returning to diplomacy.
'I was taken back to a traumatic moment in my past, the place where my personaliity was shaped the day of my brother's death... And my verdict is to learn to forgive myself, even though it's my fault he died...' said Sophia as she broke into sobs and then into tears. They both proceeded to tell me about thier trial and thier very traumatic past, i felt ashamed i didn't know this was happening to them. Lu had began visiting the graves of his friends every morning before school and that was why he was always late.
'Look guys it's okay, it's not your fault and it never was, you were young, naive and too gullible to know the extent of your power then, please... don't carry this burden alone we are friends so from now on let's share our pain with each other okay? ' I said, tears welling up in my eyes, they both nodded.
'Sorry to keep you waiting' said a voice with a distinct echo, it was sweet, Melodic and Soft, the clanks, i heard the clank of shoes.
'Judging by the movement pattern, i guess our summoner is a woman or a particularly stylish man' added Sophia, a hint of diploma in her voice.
'A woman? Who could it be?' asked Lu, he always asked questions. anyways i genuinely didn't know so i kept quiet. , the magic pressure was getting closer, and i still maintained that it seemed familiar. Just then the sound of her footsteps were gone, she had stopped moving or maybe she wanted to ambush us,that was what i thought at the moment and it seemed that the others thought this too as lu had activated his magic revealing a deep blue orb materialising in his palms and around his hands, his pink eyes glowing, that was the first time i had felt Lu's magic presence and all i could say was that it was extremely strong, Sophia stood maintaining a stance of vigilance, her sharp eyes observing the sorrounding.
'oh no, no, i am not here to fight, consider me an ally and not a foe' the voice spoke again, it sounded like she was within us and in the blink of an eye, a figure appeared in front of us, it was a woman; she wore a flowing black gown and had long curly silver hair, her skin as brown as mine.
'Hello children' she said, arms clasped in front of her.
'Who are you?' i asked, Lu still maintaining his magic, Sophia staring.
'Someone you might consider a friend' she replied.
'And why should we trust your word?' asked Lu with a deep grunt.
'You just have to dear, besides you may have noticed that you are seriously outmatched here, so it might be dangerous to come at me you know... just saying' she replied, her voice lowering into a malicious tone.
'Can never know unless we try' Said Lu, i never understood what he was so angry about.
'calm down Lu let's hear her out' said Sophia, her right hand caressing his left shoulder. Lu's magical presence depleted but not entirely as a great deal still lingered in the air.
'I am Lilith Black Wood, first wife of Lucifer and queen of Demons' she said smiling, Sophia's face changed from her normal disassociation gaze to a skeptical one, i immediately recognised it, her presence....i had channelled her power long ago in my battle with a masquerade spirit back at home.
'Lilith? As in the all powerful queen of hell? Mother of Demons?' asked Sophia her tone indicating the seriousness of the matter, Somehow i didn't feel intimidated or disturbed by this, Lu on the other hand had turned off his magic presence entirely, he was now gazing at her with a face of bewilderment.
'Never queen of hell... just mother of Demons, Eve owns that title' she said giggling.
'Now then... Why are we here and what happened back at the school?' i asked.
'The demons of destruction, my first children have escaped from my grasp into your world and this is a big problem for us' she said, her voice falling into a depressed tone.
