Chapter 36 - Chapter 36: Journey

He nodded.

"Alright. I'll see how many I can catch before you're done."

And they set off to do their various jobs so they could head to bed on time.

Riven went down the waterfall toward the riverside, so he could see what he could do about the lack of food.

When he got there, it was satisfying to finally see something that related to the real world. Every other thing always felt different, contrary to what existed in the real world, but this—this just brought back a sense of home to him.

"So what do we have here?" he bent down at the riverbank and sat near it.

He folded himself due to the cold that filtered out of the river. "It's quite cold, how am I supposed to fish in this?"

His original idea was to jump in and catch the fishes with his bare hands, but from the looks of it, it might as well just get him killed—even if he had the rune to keep him warm.
