"He is right, soon anyone can challenge me and even win if I don't have what it takes to defeat them. I'm a powerless Alpha." Alpha Daniel muttered uneasily, pacing around his room.
He didn't even want to sit down because only he knew how he felt. He wished that he had another choice but at this point he had none.
He could meet Jerome as a commoner and get acquainted with him and together they could devise a plan to get what he wanted.

Alpha Kendrick opened his eyes after having a terrible nightmare.
"She's going to wake up Kendrick, there's nothing to be scared of." Jack my wolf tried to calm my nerves
". If I had listened to her words and sent my soldiers, we wouldn't be in this mess or if she left me for dead it would have been great but here she is fighting for her life." Alpha Kendrick said to himself as the Healer strolled in, he was worried that the Alpha was still here.
