Ch84 leaving the castle
Now they were stuck in a conundrum as to just what they needed to do. Afterall nothing had happened they were still in this hellhole. Nothing else had happened and just what were they supposed to do about that?
Well, the answer would come sooner to them then they had thought since there were multiple guards entering the room with all three of them completely exhausted and caught off guard at this point. They knew they needed to exit the castle and leave now.
Instantly shinya knew they had to leave through the previous room, and they had to get out the same way they got in.
"Follow me!" Shinya said to them as the two of them began to follow him as lucas was blasting beam shots at the guards chasing behind them.
Wearing their knight armors with multiple colors and different types of armor like gold, diamond, or iron. Almost like a videogame it could be. Ignoring that now though back to the focus.
Shinya began to make his way through the long hallways only to end up at the same place as how shinya and Irene had ended up first when they fell through the top.
"You know this might seem like a dumb question to ask now but just how did you actually get in here lucas?" Said Shinya curiously looking back at Lucas holding off the guards while shinya thought more about how they could get up there grabbing chairs from around the room.
"Wait I didn't tell you? Oh yeah i went through the lake it was as simple as that then i went in through the back entrance. "Said lucas
"Wait there was a back entrance why didnt we go in through that then? "Said irene rightfully frustrated at what lucas had just said.
"Well honestly i believed in shinya and that he would find a solution."Said lucas looking back at shinya for a split second before going back to firing beams at the guards trying to get up to them as they ran up the stairs.
With chairs in shinya and Irene's hand they laid the chairs down and just barely high enough Shinya could reach the chimney like structure that they had fallen through that the trap door was on the other side.
Shinya knew that now was the time if ever to go through it and get the fuck out of here first getting irene up and inside of it. Then starting to get himself inside he looked back at Lucas.
"Get the fuck up now bastard!!" Said shinya as he stood inside of the small chimney hanging onto the walls as he watched as lucas quickly jumped onto the chair and then inside of the chimney directly above shinya.
Shinya completely forgetting the fact that he had robotic enhancements that basically made things easier for him as a result.
Oh yeah i did forget he had that.
Shinya thought to himself before scooting closer to the bottom and knocking al the chairs over giving them just a couple moments rush ahead of the guards now.
As all three of them began to climb up the chimney what felt like forever, yet it was probably just a couple minutes or even just 30 seconds.
The harsh strain on their bodies from already fighting to the death was only more visibly shown from this.
They pushed on and eventually reached the trap door with lucas in the front literally using his gun to blast it the fuck open.
"Well yeah i guess that is one way to open it right? "Said shinya with a smirk across his face.
The more he began to know lucas the more he realized while he was an asshole he was caring and can even be kind of borderline extremely impulsive. As he just blasted the trap door open.
Only for all three of them to see a sight they couldn't believe there was a girl changing.
Like a human girl changing into what seemed to be like a princess room.
Well, it would make sense now that Shinya thought about it princess at the top of the castle with the room being the color of pink and her being someone with a shower in what seemed like mid 1000s sort of life or history. This did make a lot of sense
"Oh, so she's why this is like this room. "Said lucas nonchalantly.
"AAAAAHHH what are you doing in here!!"Said the princess in a state of absolute confusion and scaredness.
"Well lady you see i say we take her with us! "Said irene completely disregarding just what this could cause in the future any actions.
"Well i mean just what is the worst that can happen i mean we've already come this far with these consequences happening right might as well do something to cause more commotion. "Said shinya finally agreeing with the other two that nothing worse could even happen.
As the princess put on the rest of her clothes and the guards beow had clearly climbed up increasingly into the very top of the castle. The three of them knew the time they had left was very little and they had to get out of the castle as fast as they could.
Irene grabbing the princess completely disregarding her or anything she thought of the situation. The three of them jumped out of the window in the bathroom breaking it open completely with lucas doing it with his sniper beams.
As irene took the princess first through the window.
"Please you don't have to do this you really don't have too! "Said the princess trying to find some sort of care from these people or persuade them anyway she could but they ignored her.
"Yeah, sorry were taking you with us one way or another we don't care that this is potential kidnapping" Said lucas coldly.
Although shinya wasn't sure all three of them had an instinct that she could help them someway somehow sometime eventually.
Deciding to just ignore them for the time being the princess just gave up on trying to persuade them to let her go perhaps this was a good thing for her though to finally escape this God forsaken castle.
As shinya pushed his body through the open window as lucas was the last with the guards now arriving to the top of the castle lucas jumped through the window.
With all three of them on the edge of the top of the castle lucas had a plan.
"All three of you grab onto me I'm not sure how far i can go but were going to find out just how far my legs can take me. " Said lucas with certainty and uncertainty at the same time in his voice.
As lucas slowly crouched down and the springs and other mechanics in his legs began to light up you could see the blue through his black clothes a shining bright blue completely showing.
BOOM! They launched into the sky! Even though it was just a few seconds it felt like it could be potentially forever that this felt like.
It felt like travelling through the air itself and seeing the sky for whatever the sky truly could be. This felt free and real it felt like this is what the world truly could be the world could be free. A beautiful feeling as in the sky he could see the tops of trees he could see the different and multicolored birds chirping even if only for a few milliseconds it felt fantastic.
With Shinya's hair waving back and forth in the air and looking to his right seeing irene with the same sort of face even lucas had a slight smile perhaps this was not normal to him using his legs and jump power to this extent.
Slowly dropping back down they dropped even past the water lake kind of thing that surrounded the castle as the guards could only just look at them as past the castle was clearly not their jurisdiction.
All of them looked at each other and took a seat on the ground even the princess just happy that they were all alive for another day that they stayed alive after all this.
