A long, fiery limb ripped through the air, lashing at its target with scorching ferocity.

Unfortunately, before it reached its target, the limb dissipated into vermilion mana particles, scattering to the four winds.

Bor, after an intense yet one-sided battle, had finally exhausted the spirit energy in the Fire Elemental's Flame Core.

This was the reason why elementals have always been so tricky to deal with.

Depending on the caster's mastery, they could be extremely dangerous, but usually, their speed and destructive capabilities were less than those of other summons.

The problem was that they couldn't be defeated easily, either, as every damage one dealt would only reduce the energy in an elemental's core.

Until one emptied the spirit's core, one would have an annoying opponent to deal with.

This was also why elementals were in the rare-tier.

That said, Bor had finally vanquished his foe and turned to look at his comrade, eager to help.
