Blaine was speechless.
"Why?"
"'Little girl' is used to describe cute girls aged 10 to 14."
Little Gali whimpered, "I'm not little~ I'm very big!"
"Aren't you a littlw girl, though?"
Blaine raised an eyebrow. "You look like a little albeit nineteen year old girl right now."
"Hmph! I can also turn into that hairy-chested guy you hate the most. Believe it or not!"
Gali pouted, clenched her tiny fists, and waved them in protest.
…Shit.
Blaine suddenly froze.
Although Gali looked like an adorable girl, her appearance was deceptive. To other beings, she might look different—but when it came to power, she could really transform into a bulky man with chest hair and a beard.
The thought of a big, hairy guy sitting gently on his chest, staring down at him affectionately…
'Hiss!!'
Just imagining it made his skin crawl.
He looked at Gali, who had a slightly embarrassed expression, twitched, and couldn't help complaining,
"Sometimes you're really 'uncute'."
"Hmph! Who told you to call me little?"
Gali shook her head and huffed dramatically.
"Then what 'are' you, exactly?"
Blaine sighed. This girl is clearly overpowered but acts way too moody.
"'Girl!'"
Gali replied coquettishly without hesitation. "Gali is a girl! Not 'Little Girl'. I am just a 'Girl'"
"Alright, alright, a girl is a girl."
Blaine glanced at her dumbfounded expression and silently muttered in his heart,
'If you're a girl, then shouldn't you feel a little guilty? Wait—no, no, stop overthinking! If Galactus finds out I've been flirting with his daughter, I'm done for!'
"What time is it now?"
Trying to change the subject, Blaine attempted to get up—but he was pinned under Gali and couldn't move. He could only rely on his intuition; it still felt early.
"Five in the morning."
Gali rolled her big eyes and replied.
"Only five?"
Blaine shot her a look. Waking someone this early on a rest day should be a crime.
When he wasn't working or at school, he liked to sleep in.
"It's still early. Go back to sleep, 'girl'."
He deliberately emphasized the last word, then pulled Gali onto his chest in retaliation, hugged her tightly, closed his eyes, and prepared to drift off again.
'You treat me like a pillow? Then I'll treat you like one too. Fair game!'
He had specially bought Gali a one-piece dinosaur pajama set last night. After all, he couldn't let her sleep in a dress—or worse, naked. Regardless of whether Blaine could handle that, Gali probably wouldn't want it either.
But he had to admit, this version of Gali was very cute—soft, naive-looking, and comfortable to cuddle.
She wasn't tall at all, basically a perfect-sized throw pillow.
Gali snorted proudly, pulled out a planet from her watch, popped it into her mouth, then wriggled into a comfortable position in Blaine's arms and went back to sleep.
Blaine slept with her like that until nine in the morning.
When he woke up again, Gali was no longer lying on him. Instead, she was sitting up and gnawing on a planet.
"Aw~~~"
Blaine stretched lazily and yawned. "Gali, go wash up."
"I don't need to wash," Gali muttered. "Even if I don't bath for tens of thousands of years, I'd still be cleaner than you mortals!"
To be fair, that was probably true.
With Gali's physique, she wouldn't accumulate bacteria or dirt like normal humans.
Human grime was mostly just waste, dead skin cells, and some external dust—none of which applied to Gali.
So yeah, she was definitely clean.
Blaine smirked. "Well, I'm going to wash. You stinky little girl, eating planets all day and not caring about hygiene."
Honestly, with his level of physical enhancement, it was hard for dust or dirt to cling to him too. But washing up had become a habit over the years.
If he didn't wash his face or shower, he just 'felt' dirty. Probably psychological.
"Rotte—"
"Hey!"
Gali cut him off quickly when she heard that word.
"What?" Blaine scratched his head.
'Cough cough…'
The girl in the little dinosaur pajamas suddenly realized her reaction was too exaggerated. She crossed her arms and raised her chin proudly.
"If you help me wash, I 'might' agree to it reluctantly."
"Alright, alright."
Blaine rolled his eyes and chuckled helplessly.
'Damn. Did I really spend 500 million to raise a little gremlin?'
"Let's go!"
Gali waved her hand and bounced toward the bathroom.
What followed was their morning routine.
Blaine brushed his teeth and washed his face, then helped Gali wipe hers and do other basic cleaning.
Even though Gali couldn't get dirty, Blaine still took it seriously.
Of course, brushing teeth counted as part of washing—and thanks to Blaine's offhand comment, Gali ended up spending three times longer brushing her teeth than cleaning her face.
"All done! Let's go have breakfast."
Blaine gave Gali a light pat on the butt. "Afterwards, I'll take you to the villa."
Now that the last mission was done, and with Gali here, he wasn't planning to take on new tasks just yet.
He wanted to spend a few days showing her around.
When it came to fun, his hometown mostly offered online games. But his villa in the Manhattan suburbs had better options: golf courses, horse riding, open green spaces—definitely more refreshing.
If they were going to play, they might as well do it properly.
"Mm-hmm!"
Gali nodded and hopped into the kitchen to make breakfast.
Surprised?
Well, even though she ate planets, she was still willing to try Earth food.
After all, planets had no taste—just cosmic energy. She only ate them to suppress her hunger.
When it came to 'flavor', Earth's delicacies were far more suited to little Gali's taste buds.
