Rocket Raccoon flew in front of Yondu, shouting at him.
"Get on the ship quickly!" Yondu said to Rocket Raccoon.
"We can't leave Quill behind!" Rocket Raccoon replied matter-of-factly.

It was Yondu, equipped with a flyer.
"He may be your biological father, but he is not your dad," Yondu said to Star-Lord as he flew upward.
"I'm sorry I've never done anything right, but I'm lucky that you're my child." Yondu said, then pressed the spacesuit onto Star-Lord.
The spacesuit instantly expanded like a layer of foam, wrapping Star-Lord completely.
Yondu then blasted Star-Lord out of the atmosphere and into the vastness of space.
"Yondu, what are you doing?" Star-Lord realized something was wrong and shouted.
Yondu had given the only spacesuit to Star-Lord; he himself would die! No one could survive in space!
Yondu was sacrificing his life to get Star-Lord onto the ship!
"No, no! Yondu, no!"
Star-Lord screamed, desperately trying to tear off the spacesuit, but failed.
Yondu held him tightly as frost gradually formed on his body, and he died right in front of Star-Lord.
The scene froze here.
This footage clearly showed how Star-Lord indirectly killed his adoptive father by killing his biological father.
As for trying to kill his father-in-law, the footage didn't need to show it—or it had already been shown before.
On Titan, Star-Lord and Iron Man fought Thanos alongside others, participating in the final battle.
