Strawberry flavour, nic-" he stopped mid-sentence as he collapsed to the floor in pain as he felt like his insides were burning, he gritted his teeth because he couldn't even open his mouth now due to the pain, hell, he can't even faint because the pain made him wake up again the moment he passed out. He didn't know how long it had took but he finally felt the pain subside.

His clothes, a casual white tshirt and sweatpants were now soaked in sweat as he curiously looked at his forearms which were now well defined and he lifted his shirt a bit to see 6 pack abs where there was a slightly pudgy belly before.
"...This is White Tier?" He muttered in slight shock as he felt he could lift a few hundred kilograms easily.
