"Mr. Montclair, Mr. Collins insisted on seeing you," Melissa said, unsure. "I tried to stop him, but…"
Dante chuckled. "Don't be nervous, babe. Kai is expecting me today."
I felt a pinch on my leg, so I looked down and saw Zane glaring at me. His brows were furrowed as he mouthed 'what'
My teeth gritted. This lunatic just can't stop himself. If he ends up giving us away, I'll strangle him.
I massaged my forehead and simply shook my head, telling him I didn't invite Dante here.
"I'll handle him, Melissa," I said as I lifted my face to look at Melissa. "You don't have to give him coffee or anything. He'll leave right away."
Dante chuckled again as Melissa nodded and noticed the blinds. "Uhm… Do you want me to open the blinds, Sir?"
I immediately shook my head, thinking about Zane. "No, it's okay."
