Kai's POV
Dante is serious, but I'm more worried about what Zane would do if Dante continued this. The emotions in his eyes were stronger than I expected. He wasn't obsessed, he was devoted. And I never saw him look at my sister like this.
Zane caressed my cheek while staring down at me. His other hand was now resting on my waist while I sat on the swivel chair, drowning in his stares.
My heart was racing loud and fast.
I couldn't believe I'm capable of feeling this way. I thought my heart died ten years ago, but it turns out Zane took it with him and he actually took care of it.
"Say something, Kai," he whispered, staring into my eyes.
I swallowed hard. "What would I say?"
The corner of his lips rose into a playful smile. "That you're thirsty and you want my kisses."
I let out a frustrated sigh to hide the electrifying sensations that run through my body. I pushed his chest. "Let's talk properly. Did you file the criminal charge against the blackmailer?"
