Synopsis
She planned a surprise anniversary… but got a surprise proposal instead. Mayla never imagined her family trip to Istanbul would lead to a marriage proposal from a complete stranger — or rather, from the stranger’s elegant, no-nonsense mother. One moment she’s admiring Turkish architecture, the next she’s being asked to marry a man she hasn’t even met. Caught between politeness and pure curiosity, Mayla agrees to meet the mysterious son — only to find out he’s none other than Rayan Altan, a guarded billionaire hotel heir who has no idea his mother is matchmaking behind his back. What starts as an awkward encounter soon spirals into fake identities, accidental engagements, rooftop arguments, and undeniable chemistry under the Turkish skies. But when real emotions sneak into their pretend story, Mayla must decide: was this all a mistake, or the beginning of something fatefully perfect?

Chapter 1 - "A Proposal from Stranger"

"Will you marry my son?"......

On Tuesday, Mayla was very excited because she was going on a trip to Istanbul with her entire family. This trip was especially meaningful for Mayla because she had planned a surprise anniversary celebration for her parents — a secret only she and her siblings knew about.

They arrived there on Thursday night and checked into the hotel. The next day, they went to a nice restaurant for breakfast and then visited the Topkapi Palace Museum.

There, Mayla accidentally bumped into an elderly woman who was about the same age as her own mother.

Mayla quickly apologized and asked,

"Are you okay?"

The woman was so captivated by Maela's beauty that she forgot everything else and just stood there, staring at her.

The old woman looked at Mayla for a few moments and then smiled.

"Will you marry my son?" she asked.

Mayla was stunned. She couldn't believe what she had just heard.

"Excuse me?" she looked at the woman with confused eyes.

The woman gently held Mayla's hand.

"I don't know you, but the light on your face… it could change my son's life."
