Afterward, they left the mall. Aryan dropped Smita off at her home and then headed back to his own place.
Meanwhile, at Bhattacharjee's residence, Smita was overly excited and shy, daydreaming about her relationship with Aryan. She had started to interpret his thoughtful behavior and friendly nature as something more—perhaps love.
In the evening, Rimpi Di returned from the long drive and found Smita lying on her bed, hugging the saree that Aryan had bought for her.
Half an hour later, Smita came to her senses and saw Rimpi Di looking at her with a smile. Smita rubbed her eyes, put on a sweet expression, and asked:
Smita: "What happened, Rimpi Di?"
Rimpi Di: "Nothing, I was just admiring my lovely sister who seems to be lost in thoughts about Aryan."
Smita: "Rimpi Di, stop teasing me."
Rimpi Di: "Am I teasing you?"
Smita: "Yes."
Rimpi Di: "So what were you saying in your sleep?"
Smita: "What was I saying?"
Rimpi Di: "You kept calling Aryan's name and saying, 'Thank you for the saree, Aryan.'"
Smita: "Did I really say that?"
Rimpi Di: "Yes. And tell me, which saree are you talking about? As far as I know, Aryan gave you two dresses that day. So, which saree are you talking about?"
Smita then pointed to the white and pink saree and said:
Smita: "Actually, Aryan bought this saree for me."
Rimpi Di: "When? This is a limited edition saree, and we were saving money to buy it."
Smita: "Yes, this is the same saree. Aryan bought it for me when you went on a drive with your boyfriend."
Rimpi Di: "Was he at the mall?"
Smita: "Yes. He came with a friend. After that, we met, and we went grocery shopping together. While returning, I mentioned that I liked this saree, and he ended up buying it for me. But I told him I would pay him back for it."
Rimpi Di: "Okay, we will handle that later. But tell me, my dear sister, do you really think you are falling for Aryan?"
Smita: "Yes, maybe a lot."
Rimpi Di: "Well, alright. But..."
Smita: "But what?"
Rimpi Di: "Actually, since the day we met him, I feel that Aryan is very rich and powerful."
Smita: "Yes, he is. He defeated four people all by himself."
Rimpi Di: "And with all that, if another good guy comes along, won't you be sad?"
Smita: "Alright, I promise."
Rimpi Di: "Okay, fine. Now, come on. I brought some momo and Puchka for you."
Smita: "Really?"
Rimpi Di: "Yes. Let's hurry, or else your brothers will finish them all."
Smita: "Yes, let's go."
They left her room and entered the drawing room, only to find that her brothers had already eaten all the momos and Puchka.
Seeing the empty plates, Smita got upset and said:
Smita: "Churda Bhai and Majda Bhai, you guys ate all the momos and Puchka. Rimpi Di brought them for me."
Churda Bhai: "We thought you were still sleeping, and you'd only wake up for dinner. So, we ate them."
Smita: "Now, what should I do?"
Smita began to cry.
Seeing her crying, her brothers said:
Majda Bhai: "Alright, crazy girl. I'll give you some money. You can go buy more momos and Puchka."
Smita: (in an angry tone) "No, I don't want it. I have fifty rupees, and I'll buy the momos myself."
Saying this, Smita and Rimpi Di went to the college road to get some momos. Later, Smita visited a street food stall, where she ordered momos. Suddenly, a beautiful girl got out of a Range Rover with two bodyguards and walked toward the food stall. She ordered some momos, packed them, and left.
Everyone's eyes were on the girl and her bodyguards. Smita, breaking through the crowd, muttered, "Kiara Shergill."
Upon hearing Smita, Rimpi Di turned toward her and asked:
Rimpi Di: "Smita, who is she? Do you know her?"
Smita: "Kiara Shergill. Today, she joined our college in the BCom Honors section."
Rimpi Di: "So, she's your rival?"
Smita: "No, hold on a minute."
After seeing Kiara, Smita began to think for a moment and then, breaking her thoughts, got up and walked towards Kiara. She asked:
Smita: "Kiara, are you friends with Aryan?"
The unexpected question left Kiara, her bodyguards, and Rimpi Di stunned. Kiara then responded:
Kiara: "What? Who is Aryan?"
Rimpi Di: "Smita, what are you doing?"
Smita: "Kiara, don't you know Aryan? He's in your class, and he's also a martial artist."
Kiara: "Oh, that guy who sat on the first bench today?"
Smita: "Yes."
Kiara: "I thought he was special, but I didn't know he was a martial artist."
Smita: "So, you don't know him?"
Kiara: "No, I don't know weak martial artists."
Smita: "Okay, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding."
At this point, Kiara signaled her bodyguards, who began clearing the way for her. Kiara, ignoring Smita, walked away.
