Frost- So let's start from the very beginning. For a long time, people lived in a world that was not very dangerous. But one day, an unknown object appeared in the sky. It looked like a crack. Like a crack on a glass panel, but in the sky. That was something never seen before. No one was able to guess what was going to happen next. The crack started to get larger and larger by the passing days and in the end, it broke!
Unknown creatures started to swarm through the crack. They looked like they came out of an action movie, or a video game. Like fiction, became reality. They were mesmerizing, totally different from what people used to. After a few seconds of eye contact, they started attacking people. Monsters everywhere! Coming from the crack! Rawr arr!?! Destroying everything on their path. People tried to fight against them but no weapon was able to damage them. Desperation, the smell of the corpses, fear of upcoming death… Is this the end? What are they gonna do? Plz someone save them!!
Nine- Can't you do this somewhere else? Like where is not the kitchen?
Frost - You're ruining the entire narrative!
Nine- I'm just trying to enjoy my morning coffee. Also if I were the narrator, I wouldn't start telling the story like this. If you start like this, it would be one of the hundreds of stories up there that repeat the same quotes over and over. You need originality.
Frost- How would you tell the story then?
Nine- Start with a mystery. Share a secret that will be explained after 100 chapters. If people get interested in it, they will read it.
Frost- This sounds manipulative and utterly wrong.
Nine- A good storyteller always plans the background story and the ending even before starting a series. So, just give a little hint about the background story.
Frost- Still, I don't have many ideas. You start.
Nine- Ahem… When the second sun showed itself behind the mountains, the dark land started to lighten up. It was the beginning of a new day. The young dragon grunted. The sunlight was directly coming into his eyes. He moved his head to the other side. He felt an entity, standing by and watching him. The entity spoke with a warm and joyful voice. "Wake up!! The day has already started." #[{
