The whole sky was turning red as if the sky was bleeding. Humans kept watching in confusion as the planet Quav was being obliterated to the core by the soul invasion. Of which the humans were oblivious. Years later when the great Daichi no Haō:{Emperor of Earth} revealed that the devastation of Quav was already known and well predicted.
The Pressure was building up on the Emperor when the Majutsu Girudos 魔術ギルド{Wizardry Guilds} started questioning the Emperor on this irresponsible behavior and the Yūgen Renmei 幽幻連盟{Phantom Illusion League} rebelled and threatened the Emperor to immediately reveal the reason and solution immediately.
Meanwhile in the Sōshō-to 霜晶都 {Frost City} of Hyōfū no Seiyaku 氷封の誓約, { Oath of the Frozen Seal } Arata Kiryū was improving his Kōshin {Ice Needle} attack speed with his friends and his elder sister Akari who was supervising them while they practice. Arata said to his friends "Why doesn't our Meijin teach us other attack like Hyōsō: Tsukikage no Kusari {Ice Burial: Chains Of Moonshadow} in his sessions?"while using his all of his Seiki {Energy} in one attack to impress his crush Amaya. While doing so he got regularly hit and suffered fatal Seiki Loss every time he striked a Ice Needle on his friends. His friends were launching volleys of Ice Needles on him and they were perfectly landing flurries on Arata's body making it difficult for him to regain his Seiki.
His friend Akane replied "So that Meijin {Coach} can take more sessions and earn more profit". Akari explained and said "Its not that reason, you idiot. He gets paid by the government not by our fees!" His other friend Isamu said " Look now she's gonna preach a sermon on the holiness of a Teacher" Amaya
shouted and said " She's right you moron, she is telling you the right thing and you're trying to humiliate her.""Forget about him he's not gonna learn anything, he just an asshole." Amaya said to Akari as they left the arena.
Arata just stared at her with a feeling for her in his eyes. Then Haruko told him "Forget her now…."with a sigh and a gesture of giving up. Arata fumbled "Wh…Why so ??" Haruko exclaimed" Many of the boys have tried impressing her with thousands of different methods, but she is the most stubborn one among all the girls" Before Haruko could finish his sentence a huge bolt hit the practice arena and caused the whole practice arena to crumble down to debris. Haruko and Arata were saved by a pillar but Akane was missing. After an hour of searching under the debris they finally took him out. As they rushed him to the hospital .
The next day they heard the news that the Emperor was assassinated in his own room. The assassin was missing but Emperor's body was found with a knife pierced through the neck and note was tied to it. When it was opened and checked it said a strange riddle written with blood "I'm always with you, but inside."
After thorough investigation, investigators found a diary that was binded with an emerald spell. The emerald seal was a spell made for important scrolls of eternal knowledge kept in the Gyokuden 玉殿 Shinjiden 神辞殿 {Royal Palace's Hall Of Divine Words}. The emerald seals were forbidden to be used only for scrolls of infinity Seiki and Eternal Wizardry Guild Attacks.
The emerald seal was immensely radioactive for those who did not know the right procedure to Terminate the divine seal and open the scroll. Only 5 people from 1 Wizardry Guild were taught the way to terminate the spell. The Great Sensei Nakashima Tsukiko of Circle of Black Flame Guild was summoned by the prime minister to terminate the seal and open the book of The Emperor. The prime minister said to the great sensei "I want the emerald seal to be terminated as fast as you can, I know he wrote a page of his life every night."
Meanwhile in the hospital, Akane was behaving like a psychopath and trying to hit the nurse and doctor. His body was slowly turning pale white and his eyes were turning dark deep red. Arata and Haruko were shocked to see the sudden change in the behavior of Akane. The doctor advised to stay away from Akane's body because he thought it is a disease.
The Great Sensei Nakashima Tsukiko of Circle of Black Flame Guild took 11 hours to terminate the seal. The terminated seal shined brightly and disappeared as the bright light coming from the seal got dimmed. The book was opened by the prime minister with the presence of all the Guild Leaders. The prime minister opened the most recently written page, it said:
27th day of May 127
I saw the planet Quav being destroyed inch by inch with my eyes, and all I could do was watch it and know that we were next. I know what's causing that, where it came from and how to stop it. I need to stop it before we also get eradicated from our existence like the others. I have planned to tell all the Guilds to prepare with Anti – Gas suits for everyone, if I fail to save my planet, I will never be forgiven by the Lord . Those Yūmeikages 幽冥影 {Souls} wont spare a single human if they manage to come here. I hope every Guild agrees with me and learns the Final Benediction skill. If the Evil Souls learn to survive our attacks, the fear of my Father will come true. I hope we will survive to see the sun rise above the horizon.
