Cindy Moon already understood who the man in front of her was: Spider-Hulk, or rather, Peter Parker.
In his universe, Peter Parker was bitten by a mutated spider imbued with Gamma radiation, becoming Spider-Hulk. Spider-Hulk was an angry, destructive, and evil entity, while Peter Parker was a frail, incompetent, pathetic nerd who only wanted to be a nice guy and convince Spider-Hulk to be a hero.
The former Spider-Hulk once tried to be a hero, but the whole world saw him as a monster. To kill Spider-Hulk, they even blew up his home.
That day, Peter Parker's uncle, aunt, and lover all died.
But the idiotic Peter Parker sank into self-blame. Eventually, the Web-Corps found Spider-Hulk, and he was brought to their temple.
The last of the Spider-Deities, the Dark Sorcerer Supreme Peter Parker, split his soul from Peter's. From then on, Spider-Hulk became a being of infinite rage, unrestrained by Peter. Spider-Hulk conquered his world, eliminated all heroes, forced all villains to submit, and his intelligence grew from that of a five-year-old to an adult's.
He also became a member of the Spider-Army.
As for Cindy Moon, if she had wanted spider powers, she would have gotten them long ago. She was already capable of developing second-generation radiation-modified spiders; she simply didn't want the powers, which is why she randomly released the second-generation spiders to harm others.
What the Spider-Army truly gave Cindy was a broader perspective, showing her that infinite parallel universes truly existed and that anything was possible. Within the Spider-Army, there were not only various powerful Spider Totems who had conquered their own universes, but also beings called Gods, powerful enough to destroy entire worlds.
It was all too wonderful.
"And all I have to do is conquer this world to explore the secrets of the infinite Multiverse? That's too simple." Cindy Moon pushed her goggles onto her forehead, preparing for battle: "The others are mine, right? That Spider-Man from the other world is yours?"
"I will try my best to buy you time. The Great Weaver is incredibly powerful, but he's still a naive good person and doesn't like to kill."

Cindy Moon smiled, pressed a button, and the garage door opened. Countless Spider-Slayers rushed out, tackling all the regular S.H.I.E.L.D. soldiers. Then, she exited the garage, pulled her goggles down, and extended four spider-like claws from her back.
"Alright, friends, meet Dr. Silk and her Sinister Six!"
The Lizard from Earth-65, with some kind of restraint device around his neck, burst out. Agent 77, the one with the codename, had a scorpion tail attached to his back. Vulture's wings had been upgraded, and the Rhino from Earth-65, originally a strongman, was now wearing a high-tech power suit.
As for the Shocker, he was just the Shocker.
"If Otto hadn't died, he might have been able to assemble a team like this, assuming he really didn't die," Peter mumbled, preparing to rush forward and fight at least two enemies at once. His Spider-Sense instantly screamed. A massive, Hulk-sized Spider-Man charged over, punching Peter in the face, sending him flying, and roaring.
"I am your opponent, Great Weaver! Spider-Hulk of the Spider-Army!" After roaring, Spider-Hulk displayed the Spider-Lantern Ring on his middle finger: "The pale day, the dark night. Lurk..."
"Sorry, buddy. You should be looking for an opponent in your own weight class."
The one smiling was not Spider-Man, but Venom.
In addition to changes in its head and body size, Venom had drastically changed its color scheme this time, switching from its pure black and white spider marker Venom look to a pure red color scheme with a black spider marker.
"I've been wanting to do this forever! Red Power Form!"
Venom cheered, punching Spider-Hulk in the face.
Meanwhile, Spider-Gwen, having been drawn into the battle, realized the severity of the situation. The most experienced, genuine superhero was snatched away by some random newcomer, and her own number of enemies had doubled. The only remaining super-powered combatants were herself and Harry.
Should she still fight? How?
"The Vulture is mine! You buy some time first!"
Harry, flying his glider, charged towards the Vulture. The father and son-in-law pair from Earth-616 thus began their aerial battle. Spider-Gwen looked up at the sky and let out a surprised sigh.
"Wow, well, thanks for that. I only have to fight five now."
Looking at the five people charging toward her, the utterly inexperienced Spider-Gwen looked left and right. It looked like today was going to be another day of getting beaten up.
Hopefully, she's durable enough.

Our Gwen Stacy (Earth-616) had once again activated her ability and entered the warehouse of this universe's Cindy Moon. This place was filled with all sorts of high-tech gear secretly hoarded by the S.I.L.K. organization over the years—it was dazzling. Peter's mission for her was to find a specific report.
Agent 77, Jessie Drew, was the only one they could turn. This female senior's male counterpart had a wife and two children and was only cooperating with Silk to survive. However, Cindy Moon had deceived Jessie. His alien organism blood infection had already been cured, but Cindy Moon needed an enforcer, so she chose to trick him, periodically giving him Spider Isotope Serum to eliminate her enemies.
Therefore, finding that diagnosis report would instantly turn an enemy, or at least get him to exit the battle.
Gwen did not disappoint, finding the document right on the computer connected to the Spider Isotope Serum creation device.
"Looks like a sure win; they didn't even bother to lock the computer. Hmm... a 3D printer?"
