As everyone was studying and commenting on the city below, a change suddenly took effect as a loud cracking noise was heard before a large spatial tear formed in the sky, some distance away from where the four mechs were gathered.
As the tear grew wider and wider, the space between it that seemed unstable and fluctuated at the start, began to stabilise until space could be seen within it, after which something began to emerge from the spatial tear.
A giant grey snakelike creature that had some kind of shell on its back emerged, along with hundreds of zombie-looking creatures that were riding on strange flying motorbikes.

The viewers watched as the zombie alien invaders dived down on the city below and started to attack and kill civilians with blasters and other advanced weaponry, while the giant turtle-snake undead aliens crashed through skyscrapers, causing them to fall onto innocent civilians and vehicles in the streets below.
Suddenly, a large military transport aircraft flew over the city, flanked by fighter jets and began engaging the alien invaders while tanks and other ground-based armoured military vehicles appeared on the city streets and began to open fire.
The back of the military transport aircraft opened to reveal six people, five men and one woman, standing at the edge of the ramp and looking down at the city.
There was an ordinary man who wore glasses and looked nothing special while standing next to the other five.
Next was a man who had a long bow with a quiver of arrows on his back.
Then there was some kind of armoured suit that had some sort of glow at the centre of its chest as well as where its eyes would be.
Next was a man in a military uniform carrying a shield.
After him was a man with long hair who wore some kind of armour that had a cape as he carried a hammer in one hand.
Finally was a beautiful red-haired woman who was checking the twin pistols she carried and showed too much cleavage.

"What on Dun Daruhm is this? Can someone please tell me where those aircraft and armoured vehicles came from, and what's with those Terran-looking people who just jumped out of the aircraft?" Director Opelbeard asked as he turned to his assistant.
"We are currently investigating, Director," The assistant replied nervously.
"Well, investigate faster; we need to know how this bug happened and, if necessary, fix it."
"I take it this isn't how it was supposed to happen, Director Opelbeard?" Maiya asked curiously.
"Not quite, everything was running fine until those strange, dead-looking aliens turned up; they were not the enemies that the competitors were supposed to be facing, and there was definitely not supposed to be any type of military that would help the competitors." Director Opelbeard replied.
"So you have no idea who that long-haired hunk with the hammer that's somehow flying is?" Maiya asked as she licked her lips while looking at one of the people who had just jumped out of the large flying vehicle.
"I have no idea who any of them are," Director Opealbeard replied.
"Pity," Maiya said.

"Well, this certainly took a strange turn. I never expected the scene from The Defenders movie that we watched a few days back to happen," Rowena remarked with a smirk.
"The Defenders Movie?" Becky asked curiously.
"It's a movie from Adam's homeworld. It's about a group of six superheroes who fight against an alien invasion. In fact, this is the final big battle that takes place in the film," Lorelie replied.
"Yay, go, Brute," Tephe cheered as she watched the ordinary man with glasses suddenly change into a large green muscular monster.
"What the hell sort of transformation is that?" Aphrodite asked as she stared at Brute in shock.
"Apparently, the man was infected by some kind of radiation, which now causes him to transform into that monster when he gets angry, or so the backstory goes," Stacey explained before looking at the armoured suit that had glowing eyes and chest and saying, "Personally, I'm a fan of Steel Geezer."
"I personally like Eagle Optic and how he never seems to miss a shot," Lorelie stated as she looked at the man with the quiver.
"You've gotta admit that Thunder is a total hunk thought," Stacey said as she pointed at the long-haired hunk with the hammer.
"So the sphere is actually holographically creating a fight scene from a movie?" Tessa asked in a doubtful tone.
"So it seems, though I never expected this, I wonder if this was also part of the sphere's function."
"It's a good job that Adam's mech got chosen if that's the case, recent action movies released within the known universe have all been shit," Stacey remarked.
"You're not wrong, only those with Kasumi in have been barely watchable, even just for her performance. I hope this movie is more entertaining," Aphrodite stated.
"Oh, you won't be disappointed," Rowena said with a smirk.

"Correct me if I'm wrong, Dulaebella, but in previous UMB Cup City Defence matches, there isn't normally a military that assists in the defence of the city, right?" Honcho asked.
"You're correct, I can't recall anytime a military has assisted the competitors in defeating the invading force. Normally, it's down to the competitors to defeat as many enemies as possible and gain the most points before time runs out or the city falls," Dulaebella explained.
"Maybe the UMB Cup committee is trying something new. What I don't get is why those six Terran-looking individuals just jumped out of that primitive aircraft and are now falling towards the city below," Raella remarked.
"They're not all falling, the armoured suit seems to have some sort of jet propulsion capability as it's flying around with booster jets coming out of its hands and feet, which is kind of weird," Dulaebella replied before adding, "Then there is the long haired hunk with a hammer who seems to somehow be flying without an antigravity suit or anything."
"What about the man turned monster who's just plummeting towards the ground? At least the other three have some sort of gliding equipment, since you can see small wings of some sort between their legs as well as their arms and the side of their body," Honcho stated.
"Errr, the green monster is done for, it's gonna hit the ground hard, and at that speed it's going to end up as green paste," Dulaebella remarked just before everyone watched the green monster in question's punch the side of a building and using it slow his own decent as his fist and arm crashed down through floors of the building until it was only a few meters from the ground where it kicked of the building and landed on the street, cracking the concrete beneath it.
"Wow, gotta admit that was pretty cool," Raella remarked.
"Errr, ladies, the long-haired hunk, as you called him, is shooting lightning out of his hammer," Honcho stated in disbelief.
"Huh!" Dulaebella and Raella replied in unison.
