{Tactical analysis.} Adam thought before information appeared on Adam's HUD detailing any weapons the five were carrying.
[RealOtaku (Earth): Damn, that looks cool. Just like in a game.]
[Gunlovergirl (Earth): Here we go, here we go. They're about to start the fight.]
[Superior4horns (Vinox 3): I'm still worried if the streamer can handle five of them without his armour?]

[[Each Caninian appears to be equipped with a blaster pistol as the main weapon while carrying various secondary weapons.]] Spector stated, and as if to showcase this point, the five Caninians all pulled out their blasters simultaneously.
[OfficialMuriel (Aqua Primus): Well, that's not good.]
[MercheadAnderson (Palaxia): I don't see how the streamer is going to get out of this one since he doesn't have his armour to protect him or allow him to fly.]
[Lizziethetruepower (Palaxia): We know he doesn't have his armour; that's been mentioned numerous times already, just shut up and watch.]

"Well, I suppose this is as good a chance as any to test the protectiveness of the form bracelet," Adam muttered before he said aloud. "Activate defensive form: It's morphin' time."
Upbeat music suddenly blared out of Adam's uniband while everyone watching suddenly saw his clothes start to change.
[Whostolemyduck (Earth): …]
[Noobkiller9000 (Earth): No fucking way, you're kidding me, right?]
[Gunlovergirl (Earth): Ah, after 10,000 years, I'm free; it's time to conquer Earth.]

As everyone continued to watch, they saw that Adam suddenly gained a helmet, gloves and a belt with a strange device on the front and that his entire outfit turned mostly green except for white sections on the helmet, gloves and boots, along with a gold shoulder piece.
"What the fuck is going on?" One of the Caninians asked as they all stared at Adam in shock.
"Hahahaha, what is he wearing?" Rowena said as she did her best to suppress her giggles.
[RealOtaku (Earth): Dude, he went green saviour.]
[AlamoMatador4thewin (Earth): An ode to Tommy, perhaps.]
[StealthAssassin9 (Earth): Do you think we will get to see the Dragonzord?]
[Whostolemyduck (Earth): I doubt it; he already has a mech after all.]
As Adam's transformation finished, several smoke pellets shot out of a hidden compartment on his utility belt and exploded, causing a cloud of green smoke to appear behind him as he struck a martial arts pose.
[Gunlovergirl (Earth): HAHAHAHAHA, he even got the smoke effect at the end.]
[Phoenixempress (Fenix Nest): What on Fenix Nest did I just watch, and what was with that upbeat music?]
[RealOtaku (Earth): The upbeat music was the intro music to a '90s children's TV program, and the outfit the streamer is wearing is one of the costumes the heroes wore to fight evil.]
[OracleRomy (Elysium): While I find your hero's choice of clothing peculiar, the music was rather catchy.]
[LadyErkath (Deverinian Prime): Yeah, maybe Lorelie should sing that at her next performance.]
[OfficialLorelie (Felinia 7): There is no way that you will see me in one of those outfits singing that song.]
[Beczontop (Imperial Down): He used the form bracelet to change into the defensive gear, right? What if the defensive gear our bracelets give us looks the same?]

"So I got the green saviour armour, huh?" Adam remarked as he looked down at the costume he was now wearing before adding, "I don't really mind which of the colours I got, though I would rather not get the pink one, I know a certain girlfriend and her grandmother who would never let me hear the end of it if I transformed into the pink saviour."
[CEOHopkins (Earth): Oh, it seems the saviour costume colour gets chosen at random.]
"Can someone tell me what just happened? And why did smoke suddenly appear behind him in an explosion?" One of the Caninians asked in bewilderment.
"The Terran just suddenly gained armour."
"How's something like that even possible? One minute he's wearing ridiculous clothes and the next it's this ridiculous armour."
"Armour? Don't you mean outfit? That clothing looks ridiculously thin. I don't even think it could protect against a scratch, let alone a blaster."
"There's no way that's actual armour."
[Superior4horns (Vinox 3): The kidnappers have a point; the material does look stupidly thin.]
[CEOHopkins (Earth): It's based on a children's TV show, remember, so they cared more about the bright colours than how protective it was since the fight scenes were all choreographed and fake anyway.]
[RealOtaku (Earth): Yup, it was the idea of being capable of transforming into a hero to fight bad guys and pilot giant robots that sold the show.]
[Noobkiller9000 (Earth): At that time, kids' TV was all about hero transformations.]
"Whatever, the plan hasn't changed. Kill that idiot and get the target. Security forces are probably on their way here as we speak," the leader instructed angrily as he raised his blaster and started firing at Adam, something the other Caninians quickly copied.
Adam dashed sideways while using the remaining half of his force staff that he was still holding to fire back.
"Cover, COVER," the leader yelled as they all dived for cover to avoid the returning fire.
Several of the Caninians' blaster bolts that missed Adam ended up impacting the energy shield protecting Rowena and Liluth, causing it to shimmer slightly where the bolts impacted before returning to normal.
[Beinglittleisnotadisadvantage (Strathorp 7): It really is an energy shield. I wonder how they installed one in something as small as the universal force staff.]
[DeverinianLordMalacoss (Deverinian 9): Indeed, and it looks like quite a powerful one since all these blaster bolts don't seem to have weakened it at all.]
[NonpareilRaphilia (Aaru): It's technically only installed in half the force staff, remember.]
[Beinglittleisnotadisadvantage (Strathorp 7): that just makes it even crazier.]
While the Caninians were temporarily distracted with diving for cover, Adam took the opportunity to put some strength into his leg muscles, which had been enhanced during his last upgrade before he pushed off, allowing him to jump up into some of the lower branches of the surrounding trees.
[Superhearofangirl (Earth): Damn, look at that jump.]
[AlamoMatador4thewin (Earth): That's like a new high jump world record.]
[Gunlovergirl (Earth): Forget high jump, that's like the pole vault world record only without a pole.]
"What the fuck is up with that force staff? It can still fire energy bolts even after being split in two?" One of the Caninians asked as he crouched behind a tree he had found for cover.
"Shut up and focus. I lost sight of him, any of you bastards see him?"
"Negative."
"Not me."
"No sign."
"Lost eyes."
"He's…" one of the Caninians who had managed to notice that Adam had leapt upwards while they dived for cover was about to tell his comrades where Adam was when he got hit in the chest by the force staff's blaster bolt and collapsed.
Adam had noticed the Caninian was looking up at him and so decided to take him out before the rest, since he was about to give away his position.
"What was that, Scruffy?" The leader asked as he turned in Scruffy's location, only to find him dead on the ground.
"Fuck, eyes open," the leader cursed.
[HackerSu (Trillion): I just noticed, but Adam's green saviour outfit helps him blend in with the green leaves on the trees.]
[OracleRomy (Elysium): Do you think he chose that on purpose? It's a rather clever strategy, if he did.]
[Phoenixempress (Fenix Nest): I don't think so. From his earlier comment, it seemed like he didn't know which colour he would get.]
Adam stood on one of the trees above the Caninians and looked down on them while studying their movement patterns as he considered the best way to take them out.
The Caninians appeared to have had at least some basic training because they made sure to point the blasters in the exact direction they were looking at all times, even though they were scouring the area for Adam.
