"Merlin, Merlin!" Asher rushed into the room where Merlin was hiding and drinking, snatching the wine from his hand. "Stop drinking! Things seem a bit troublesome!"

Just after learning about the singularity Ritsuka and the others were heading to, Asher quickly said goodbye to Ishtar and then found his way here.

"Hiccup~ Arthur, what's up?" Merlin asked nonchalantly, hiccuping. He looked more like a drunkard than a court mage.

Asher told Merlin the news he had just received. Merlin hiccuped again. "You mean that? It's fine, it has nothing to do with us. Don't worry." After speaking, he collapsed onto the stone chair and started snoring.

"What an unreliable guy." Asher raised his hand and patted Merlin's face, but no matter how much he patted, Merlin wouldn't wake up. He could only shake his head helplessly.

No choice. I'll just ignore Merlin for now. It's better if I go back to Britain as soon as possible to check things out. Thinking this, Asher ignored Merlin, turned and walked out of the room, heading to the Divine Tower, preparing to bid farewell to Gilgamesh and leave.

"Asher, how was the Gate of Babylon I opened for you? Did you find the suitable weapons you wanted?" Gilgamesh asked, leaning on his throne.

"I think they're all quite suitable," Asher replied.

"Alright, this King asked a trivial question. If you're dissatisfied with any of the weapons, you can simply take them yourself later." Perhaps realizing that Asher was clearly distracted, Gilgamesh shook his head. "Go, don't delay this King's governance."

"Then I'll be leaving, Gilgamesh." Asher turned and left the Divine Tower.

"Father!" As he left the Divine Tower, a voice suddenly came from behind him. Asher turned to look and saw Mordred jogging up to him. "Are you going back?" she asked, looking up.

Asher silently nodded. "We'll meet again in the future." After all, the future Mordred would be born as his child.

Mordred nodded gently, then secretly glanced at Asher again, quickly looking away. She ran her fingers through her hair, looking a bit embarrassed. "Usually, before relatives part, don't they... you know, hug or something?"

Asher was stunned for a moment. Mordred annoyedly ran her fingers through her hair, her cheeks flushed with embarrassed annoyance at some point. "Never mind, I didn't say anything" Before her voice fell, Asher opened his arms and gave her a hug. Mordred froze for a moment, then smiled contentedly, hugging Asher back.

After a brief moment of warmth, Asher released her, stroked Mordred's head, and softly said, "I'm leaving now."

"Go," Mordred grinned. "One last question, Father, I'm a good child, right?"

"Of course," Asher turned around and continued under Mordred's gaze. "You've always been a good child." And so, she smiled contentedly.

The moonlight was hazy. Asher unconsciously arrived at the house where Tiamat was staying. Even though Asher was eager to return to Britain and confirm whether the singularity was his residence, everything had to be done step by step. He couldn't just abandon Tiamat and go back by himself. No matter how busy he was, he had to pick up this Mother first.

Although he hadn't thought about how to explain things to his Shishou and the others when he got back. Should I just say: Shishou, this is our mom? ...No matter how he thought about it, it felt a bit strange. Anyway, I'll take it one step at a time.

Asher shook his head and entered the house. Tiamat was sitting on the bed, staring blankly out of the small window. Had she been staring blankly ever since they returned, or had she just started? What was she thinking now? Asher didn't know. He walked over and sat beside Tiamat. "Mother, I'm back."

"We're preparing to go back now," he added. Although three people riding one eight-legged horse seemed a bit too crowded, he could turn into a white dragon later and carry both Merlin and Tiamat, or he and Tiamat could go back first, and let Merlin walk back slowly.

"I want to stay here," Tiamat turned her head and said very calmly.

"Why? Didn't we agree to go together?" Asher suddenly felt a bit nervous, wondering why Tiamat had suddenly changed her mind.

"Your family won't agree to me going back with you. If I

stay here, you won't be in a difficult position," Tiamat said in a very clear voice. "They don't like me."

Asher was stunned. "You didn't spend the whole afternoon thinking about this, did you?"

"I mustn't cause you trouble. If I stay here, you won't be troubled."

Asher chuckled silently, unsure if it was from amusement or something else. Honestly, this was quite silly. While he and Ishtar were at the Gate of Babylon, Tiamat sat alone in the house, thinking she mustn't trouble her child, and thus decided to stay in Uruk. ...Truly silly.

"It's okay, it's fine," Asher gently stroked her head. "I'll take you back."

"If your family gets angry, it will drag you down."

"Why do you think my family doesn't like you? They haven't even met them?" Asher asked.

"The white-haired person said so."

That incompetent Merlin... I really should make him run back by himself!

"It's okay, I'll explain it to them clearly, don't worry,"

Asher said, hugging her in the way Tiamat used to hug him, gently stroking her hair. "Don't let my appearance fool you, I actually have a lot of authority... After all, I am King Arthur." He had actually lied. Most people in Britain, from top to bottom, obeyed his words, but these people did not include his Shishou and older sisters.

But everything must be experienced, right? He couldn't stay hidden in Uruk forever. He had to bring Tiamat back. After all, this was the Mother who would hold him in her arms like a salty fish hug pillow at night, kissing his mouth and rubbing her face against his!

"Let's go, we're going back," Asher stood up and took her hand. "I'll explain everything to the others, so don't worry." Tiamat slowly raised her head, and a light appeared in her eyes as she looked at Asher. "That white-haired person, isn't he coming back?"

"Him," Asher smiled. "He likes to run. Just let him run back."
