CHAPTER 9
DAN'S POV
While the teacher was teaching, I was busy starring at Dave in anger.
"Daniel, why are you starring at Dave?" The teacher asked me after she came to my front.
"No, nothing, was I?" I asked her and myself.
"Daniel, if you're not ready to learn please kindly leave the class" She said pointing her finger directly to the door.
"No, ma it's not like I don't want to learn, but there's something bothering me" I said.
"What's bothering you?, tell us what's bothering you" She asked trying to make me feel like I did something wrong.
"Ma, I can't just tell you" I said trying to convince her to let me be.
"Then Daniel listen to what I'm saying" She said.
Alexa stood up and tapped the teacher.
"What?" The teacher asked.
"Ma, I think you should just give him time and he'll just be over it" Alexa suggested and sat down o her seat.
" What time do we have?" Our teacher asked Alexa like she knows best.
" Ma, can you just stop" I said to the teacher in anger.
" Daniel you've grown wings, you'll see what I'll do to you" She said.
" Ma we don't do things like that" I said like I want to cry.
" Daniel, leave my class" The teacher said in anger pointing out her finger to the door directing me to leave the classroom.
When I was about to leave the classroom Alexa stood up.
"If he's leaving then I'm leaving to" Alexa said trying to bail me out of the mess I got myself in.
"Alexa, you don't have to go with him" Dave said.
"Since, you decide to follow him then you both can go together" The teacher said, "lover birds" She added trying to mock us.
" Then, I'm coming"Dave quickly said.
" Dave why?"The teacher asked Dave surprised.
Then we all left the classroom.

*Outside the classroom*
"Alexa, thank you for standing beside me" I thanked Alexa.
"Ohh, you don't have to thank me you have to thank Dave for standing beside the both of us" Alexa said (•‿•).
" Urghhh, forget about Dave he's just trying to compete with me" I said.
" Come on Dan stop I won't compete with you she's your girl" Dave said.
" So what're we doing to do?" Alexa asked.
" I think we should just run around the school" Dave suggested.
" You're so dumb, we can't run around the school, cause of the principal, and the heads of the school " I said.
" What if they're not around?" Dave said and raised his eyebrows.
"You fool" Insulted him.
"Dan,he's your best friend stop insulting him" Alexa said trying to solve the conflict between the two of us.
"Not anymore" I said, filled with anger.
"What do you mean?" Alexa said so surprised. "We're going to talk about it right now" Alexa said like she was the boss around here.
"See, we'll talk about this later, okay..., I promise " I said.
" Since, you guys are done talking let's go" Dave said.
" Actually I'm not going " I said.
" Okay" Alexa said .
And they were running around an empty class. I saw that they were enjoying their selves and I felt left alone.
IN DAN'S MIND.
" I just wish Alexa will just come and drag me, and she'll start begging me to play with them and she'll just give me a peck"
IN REALITY.
I just walked away. I went to my locker, opened my l saw my phone, I picked it up and text my driver to come and pick me up after school. And I went back to Class to beg my teacher to allow me to enter the classroom and she agreed.
FEW MINUTES LATER
AT THE CAFETERIA.
I was at the cafeteria cause it was lunch time. Next thing, Alexa and Dave came inside the cafeteria, laughing and sweating and they looked like they had much fun, they came and sat down on the bench i sat on.
"What?, you guys have come to mock me, huh?" I asked them.
"someone is jealous" Alexa said.
" Look, we're hungry, can you buy us some food" Dave asked trying to test my patience.
" Mtchewwww" I hissed and left the cafeteria.
ALEXA'S POV
" What's up with him?" I asked with my voice laced with too much concern.
"Look, I think he's a little bit jealous of us" Dave said.
When I looked at where Dan sat I saw his phone on the table.
" Wait is that not Dan's phone?" Dave asked.
"I think it is" I said.
"Are you thinking what I'm thinking?" Dave asked me looking devilish.
"I think I should go give it to him" I said with my kind heart.
"Okay , I'll go" Dave volunteered.
"But you and Dan don't actually get along again, so I think I should go" I said trying to convince Dave that I should go.
" I insist" Dave said.
Then I gave him the phone and he left.
DAVE'S POV
After I left the cafeteria, I was in the hallway when I tried to opened Dan's phone and when I finally opened it, I went to contacts, I saw Alexa's phone number and I collected my phone from my pocket and dialed Alexa's number on my phone, then I went back to the cafeteria.
ALEXA'S POV
"I didn't see him" Dave said.
"Give me his phone let me go and find him myself" I stretched my hand to him and he gave me the phone, then I left the cafeteria.
Finally I found Dan in one of the room that they keep some props.
"Dan, here's your phone" I stretched my hand and gave him his phone, and he collected it.
"Thank you" He said sounding sad, "Alexa me or Dave who do you choose" He added.
"I choose both, but it's just that he's more fun than you" I said.
" Okay, since he's more fun than me like you said, then I want you to really choose, between me and Dave"Dave said.
" Okay, since you want me to choose " I said with tears dropping out of my eyes.
" And I want you to say it in the front of the both of us, which is me and Dave" He said.
I ran and called Dave to where Daniel is and Daniel stood up.
" I choose.
