“Kylion…” Uriel murmured softly.
Kylion was undoubtedly a master of archery. Uriel had complete certainty that those arrows were his. Acting on Evangelin’s guidance, he had aimed precisely at the queen’s eyes and released a barrage of arrows tipped with poison. He concentrated all his attention on just one eye of the queen, wishing to maximize the chance of delivering a lethal blow.
However, that realization also made Uriel nervous, which was very rare for him.

Per Evangelin’s words, the queen should have died by now; it wasn’t just one but five arrows that had sturkc her eye, and the potent poison Kylion had applied should have taken effect.
Yet, she remained alive. Admittedly, her right eye was now useless, but aside from that, she appeared completely unharmed.
