Leyton slightly raised his hand, sending the paper back to the Spirit World, then turned his head to look at the fire in the fireplace, his thoughts gradually drifting.

He completed the Scribe's acting so quickly? Well, recording Beyonder abilities and local customs is indeed not difficult for members of the Abraham Family. The only difficulty lies in the ravings from Mr. Door during advancement.

As his thoughts drifted, his spiritual intuition was suddenly touched, and his eyes instantly became extremely deep, like the sea before a storm.

In such a state, his eyes clearly lost focus, becoming blank.

Extremely blurry images emerged in his mind:

Dense gray fog spread everywhere, appearing in the past and the future, with many things emerging from it.

There was a key shimmering with strange colors, as if cast from light; there were also layers of pixels, ethereal and seemingly made of countless data, constantly deducing all things and simulating the world's operation; an exaggerated, endless long river surged from an unknown place, like the end of life, the ultimate destination of all things.

The background was a bizarre sky with twinkling stars, the starlight twisting, roaring, tearing the firmament, carrying indescribable disaster and madness.

Hoo Hoo

Leyton's eyes quickly cleared. He instantly leaned forward, his lips constantly parting and closing, gasping for breath.

Although the images that appeared in his mind were blurry, they carried an indescribable terror and madness. Just recalling them made him feel his mental state slipping.

"What's going on? Why did I predict such a scene? This isn't the normal scene one sees when foreseeing the apocalypse."

After a moment of pondering and muttering to himself, Leyton felt his mental state recover somewhat. Only then did he lean back against the sofa, rubbing his forehead in deep thought.

That dense gray fog should be the historical fog. Does it represent Sefirah Castle, or the seal left by the previous Lord of the Mysteries?

As he pondered, he reached into his pocket and took out the small iron box containing the Die of Probability. He held the Die of Probability in his hand and muttered to himself:

"Does Sefirah emerging from the gray fog mean the seal is broken, or that the Sefirah broke through the seal?"

As soon as he finished speaking, he threw the Die of Probability in his hand.

Ding Ding

The milky-white dice landed on the ground, rolled a few times, and then stopped with three dots facing up!

After a moment, it spontaneously rolled once more, turning to four dots facing up!

Are my guesses inaccurate? Or is it both? Did Klein try to weaken the seal's influence after gaining control of Sefirah Castle, and the Sefirah on the Western Continent took the opportunity to break out?

He then dismissed this guess. My spiritual intuition had no reaction. Perhaps I only guessed a part of it.

His gaze returned to the Die of Probability on the ground. He reached out, picked it up, and continued to mutter:

"Will the Sefirah breaking through the Western Continent's seal attract the attention of those guys in the Cosmos?"

"But they shouldn't be able to directly tear through the barrier left by the Primordial One, right? Is it because the time is already very close to the apocalypse? Or has something unexpected happened?"

After muttering, he casually threw the Die of Probability down. It made a dinging sound on the ground, rolled for a long time, but never stopped.

"You don't know the answer either?"

Leyton muttered, as if complaining.

The next moment, the Die of Probability stopped on its own, with four dots facing up!

"I forgot, you represent the uncertainty of fate. Such a question is clearly better explained by the Circle of Inevitability or the Beacon of Destiny."

No sooner had he spoken than a flickering, uncertain Cosmos subtly appeared before his eyes, carrying a bizarre, indescribably strong corruption. He seemed to see fate...

Boom!

In the fireplace nearby, the flames suddenly burst, as if some flammable or explosive material had been mixed into the burning wood.

The violent sound brought Leyton back to his senses. He quickly reached forward, drawing out a layer of tranquil night, enveloping his entire manor in Concealment.

Mystical Reenactment of "Nation of the Evernight"! It directly severed his connection with the Cosmos.

Having done all this, he immediately closed his eyes to adjust his state.

The balance between madness and rationality had slipped. The gaze from the Cosmos caused the suppressed primal desires and madness within him to stir, leading to a deviation in the rationality of his previously balanced humanity and divinity.

A deep blue, almost purple, glow swept past, and Leyton directly entered a state similar to a Sage, giving off an exceptionally sacred, wise, yet rather indifferent and cold feeling.

This was his application of a state of absolute rationality, with some modifications more akin to a Mystery Pryer, similar to the Sage state.

After about two or three minutes, his mental state regained balance.

Letting out a long breath, Leyton reopened his eyes. A cold, emotionless light flickered in his eyes, quickly returning to normal.

My condition is worse than I expected. In this state, I don't even dare to face a Spectator. A single Plague Storm from them could easily cause me to lose control. More accurately, my humanity would lose control, collapse, and my divinity would directly take over my body.

As he pondered, he bent down and picked up the Die of Probability from the ground, sighing faintly:

"At least my luck isn't bad."

The next morning, Constant City, Midseashire County.

Leyton's figure emerged amidst specks of starlight. He looked at the wooden door painted red before him and knocked twice.

Dong Dong

After a short wait, the wooden door was opened from inside. The warmth from the room wafted out, and Lawrence, wearing a thick woolen overcoat and a semi-tall black top hat, appeared at the doorway.

His azure eyes seemed very spirited, and he no longer appeared as frail as before.

"Good morning, Mr. Lawrence."

Leyton smiled and greeted him.

Lawrence returned the smile, stepping aside to let him in:

"Good morning, Mr. Tines, I didn't expect you to come so soon."

"I happened to be in Backlund, and I'm free today during the day."

As he spoke, Leyton stepped into the house.

His gaze casually swept around. The furnishings in the room were quite simple; it seemed to be a place not often lived in.

After Lawrence closed the wooden door, he walked to the fireplace and began brewing coffee, saying:

"This is just my temporary residence. I wasn't sure if I could advance normally, so I chose to stay in a more remote suburb. Even if the advancement failed, no one would be able to trace the Abraham Family through clues."

Leyton nodded slightly, saying calmly:

"I will keep an eye out for the Beyonder materials you need. If there isn't a suitable seller, you can consider hunting corresponding Beyonder creatures, or directly crushing a Mystical Item that corresponds to a Traveler."

"I was planning to do that. The Abraham Family has records of some places where Spirit World Lurkers frequently appear."

Lawrence nodded lightly, explaining that this was also the main reason he needed to record more Beyonder abilities.

After chatting for a while, Leyton said with a smile:

"Let's start recording the spells."

As he spoke, he flipped his wrist like a magician, producing a pea. The pea instantly grew, transforming into thick, green vines that covered the surrounding area like a downpour.

They entwined and intertwined, quickly forming a forest, layer upon layer, reaching so high that the top was invisible.

In just the blink of an eye, they had moved from the warm indoor space to an unknown, verdant forest.

In Lawrence's eyes, a phantom, slowly turning book was reflected. His brain continuously replayed Leyton's movements when he used Mystical Reenactment, prompting his activated cells to form corresponding symbols, patterns, and marks.

After a moment of silence, Lawrence sighed helplessly:

"Recording failed. The level of this Beyonder ability is very high. With my current knowledge of Mystic, I can only try to memorize it by force, and the probability of failure is very high."

"It's fine, I'm not short on time."

Leyton replied with a smile, his figure instantly becoming transparent, transforming into a statue composed of countless starlight.

The statue shattered with a crash, returning to specks of brilliant starlight, surging towards the other side of the verdant forest.

During the surging process, the specks of starlight began to condense internally, revealing Leyton's figure once more.

Standing by, Lawrence's eyes lit up. The phantom book reflected in his eyes continuously turned. After a moment, he let out a deep laugh:

"Success."

Leyton nodded slightly, then raised his right hand. A little illusory, deep black began to appear, full of the meaning of Degeneration and defilement.
