Chapter 24 - love u

---

Sky's POV

I swear, Section A was less a classroom and more a circus mixed with a reality show, where the lions were teenagers and the elephants were sarcasm.

And apparently, my main challenge today was surviving Wind. Oh yes. The guy who could pin me with a single glance and a smirk. He was leaning against the desk like he owned my eyeballs, grinning, and—oh, yes—flirting with all the subtlety of a cat pawing at a laser pointer.

"Sky," he said, leaning dangerously close. "You're too sarcastic for your own good."

I blinked, crouched in my chair, snacks clutched in one hand like a weapon. "And you're too obnoxious for your own good, Wind. Now back off before I—"

Before I could finish, he leaned even closer, pinning me slightly with his hand on the desk beside mine. I could feel the heat of his body, the smirk, the ridiculous confidence… and my sarcastic brain short-circuited.

Oh, come on! Focus, Sky. Don't die. Don't blush. Don't die.

The entire class was watching now. Some cheering. Some groaning. Some secretly shipping us—and yes, Riri's squeal of delight was audible from the back row.

I muttered under my breath, "Typical. They think we're a romantic plotline. Like I signed up for this."

Skiez, of course, was glaring from the corner. The brooding, stormy glare that screamed: I hate him. I hate him. I hate him… And yet, he wasn't moving. Protective as ever. My heart betrayed me with a tiny, guilty thrill.

Charlie, true to form, had collapsed on the floor, rolling with laughter. "Ohhhh! Sky! He's pinning you! This is cinematic! I can't! I literally can't!"

I groaned. "Charlie, get up. Or at least act like a human. Or don't. I don't care. Just stop making this worse."

Wind leaned closer. "You know… you'd look perfect laughing in my arms."

Abort mission. Abort mission. NOPE. I shoved him lightly, though part of me noted: Wow. He's too close.

Skiez muttered something incomprehensible in Chinese, probably cursing me for being pinned—or him for being too obvious. I squinted at him. What did you just say?

Charlie cackled. "Ohhh, he's cursing at her! I love it! Bro, I'd pay to see the translations!"

I groaned again. Section A, you are the worst and best class ever.

Skiez's POV

Watching Wind lean over Sky was… torture. Not just normal torture. Heart-pounding, chest-aching, teeth-grinding torture. I wanted to yell. I wanted to storm over and—no, calm down, Skiez. Don't…

But every time Wind's hand brushed against her desk, my brain betrayed me. She's mine. She's sarcastic, irritating, frog-voiced mine.

I cursed under my breath, muttering phrases in Chinese that I hoped sounded like subtle threats but probably sounded like gibberish.

He's too close. Too smug. Too… everything. And I can't… move. My fists won't unclench.

Sky, of course, was laughing at Charlie's commentary, oblivious to my internal chaos. She always managed to survive everything: flirts, chaos, even emotional trauma, with her sarcasm shield up.

I ground my teeth. Why am I letting him flirt with her like this? Why am I… even noticing her laugh like that?

She glanced at me, her sarcastic eyes daring me to step in. Step in. I wanted to. But Wind… ugh. I hated him, yet…

---

Wind's POV

Ah, the thrill of Section A chaos. Sky, crouched, snack in hand, trying to look unimpressed, and me—delighting in pushing all her buttons.

I leaned in, smirked, and whispered, "You know, Sky, you look amazing when you glare."

She shoved me lightly. Deliciously light. I leaned closer anyway, enjoying the sparks between us.

Skiez… lurking. Brooding. Protective. Annoying. Fascinating. A fine little obstacle.

Charlie's laughter was a soundtrack to my amusement. The class watched. Riri squealed in delight. Kika bounced. This was perfect. Absolutely perfect.

I pin her slightly again, teasing. "Come on… tell me I'm wrong. You don't secretly love it."

Her frog-voice muttered a sarcastic threat. I will survive this. I will not melt. I will not—

Riri's POV

SQUEAL

Yes! Yes! Sky + Wind! This is canon! I don't care what anyone says! LOOK AT THEM! HE'S SO FLIRTY! SHE'S SO SASSY! I'm dying. Dying, I say!

Charlie's chaotic cackles only made this better. I'm literally bouncing in my seat. I ship them. I ship them hard. Sindy forever.

I scribble notes in my phone: "Sky glare level: 99/100. Wind smirk level: lethal. Section A chaos level: off the charts."

Yes, yes, yes!

---

Charlie's POV

HAHAHAHAHAHA! Ohhh, this is beautiful chaos. Sky pinned. Wind smirking. Skiez brooding. Perry fuming somewhere. I CAN'T!

If I were in that situation? I'd probably pull the fire alarm just to see how everyone reacts. Or maybe throw glitter bombs. Or just start a one-man marching band in the middle of Section A.

Pure chaotic perfection.

---

Leaf's POV

I'm sitting here, trying to act like I'm doing work. But Sky and Wind… ohhh… my brain.

She's sarcastic. He's smirking. Skiez looks like he wants to strangle someone. Charlie's laughing his lungs out. Riri's squealing. Kika's bouncing. Perry… glowering.

This is… insane.

And somehow, amidst all this, Sky still manages to eat snacks. I respect that level of multitasking.

---

Nav's POV

BB is quietly taking notes on the chaos. She's still recovering from everything, but she seems… calmer now.

Sky is being sarcastic, chaotic as always. Wind is… Wind. Smirky, teasing, unapologetic. Skiez is brooding, and Perry… poor Perry is dying quietly inside.

I can't help but admire the chaos. And yet, amidst all this, BB seems to relax slightly. I've got to make sure she's okay. No one's going to mess with her—not now, not ever.

---

BB's POV

I'm still a little teary-eyed from last night, but watching this—watching Sky and Wind go at it, Skiez broodily hovering, Perry sulking—makes me laugh a little.

Section A never ceases to be insane.

---

Kika's POV

Oh my gosh! Sky + Skiez moments! Sky + Wind flirting! Charlie screaming! Perry sulking! Riri screaming! I'm dying! Dying!

This is literally the best day of Section A ever! I'm bouncing on my chair, clapping my hands, and laughing!

I love Sky. I ship Sky with Skiez. But Sindy? Yes! Mixed chaos is perfect!

---

Perry's POV

Why do I even exist here? Sky, radiant, sarcastic, fabulous… and pinned by Wind. My fists clench. My heart hammers.

I want to yell. I want to swoop in. I want to explode. I want to… calm down, Perry. Calm down.

She's fine. She's alive. She's… mine. I hope.

Skiez is brooding. Wind is smirking. Charlie is cackling. Section A is chaos incarnate. And me? I'm the silent storm brewing in the background.

If anyone touches her… they'll regret it.
