Chapter 117 - Chapter 117: The Sacred Domain, the Divine Sword!

"Evil Containment Wave!"

Boom!

"Evil Containment Wave!"

Bang!

"Evil Containment Wave!"

Whoosh!

"Evil Containment Wa..."

After more than a dozen intense attempts, Levos finally mastered the Evil Containment Wave.

His control over the sealing beam had reached pinpoint precision he could guide his target flawlessly into the narrow opening of the tiny containment jar.

Dozens of deep craters now littered the ground, a testament to his relentless training.

Levos couldn't help but feel a strong sense of accomplishment.

"Finally… got it!" he muttered under his breath.

The technique itself wasn't too difficult to release the real challenge was in guiding the energy with absolute focus. It drained his mental stamina more than his body. If even a slight mistake was made, or if the opponent struggled violently, the entire technique could be disrupted instantly.

He stepped toward the glass containment jar holding Android 18 and prepared to release her.

Surprisingly, even though the jar was crafted from transparent sealing material, Levos couldn't see what was inside. A swirling mist of white energy shrouded the interior, hiding everything from sight.

Hum!

The jar trembled faintly.

A beam of white light surged out, and Android 18 tumbled out onto the ground.

She knelt there, disheveled, hair messy and covered in dirt.

Levos frowned slightly, his voice firm and unyielding.

"18, your resistance inside the beam wasn't nearly strong enough. And once you were sealed in, you should have broken out immediately instead of making me wait so long."

After a pause, his tone deepened.

"Every second is precious right now. We don't have time to waste."

Android 18 looked dazed, biting her lip as she dry-heaved a couple of times. Her complexion turned pale, and for a moment she instinctively scooted back from Levos but she quickly gritted her teeth and forced herself to speak.

"Go… on," she said hoarsely.

Levos arched an eyebrow before raising his hand again, calmly taking his stance.

"Evil Containment Wave!"

A green spiral of energy exploded from his palm, slamming directly into Android 18.

"Ahhhhhhh!"

18 screamed and struggled violently, but it was useless.

Levos' power completely dwarfed hers, and the spiraling containment beam pinned her down mercilessly.

She had no chance to resist as her entire body was sucked straight into the special rice cooker he used to train the sealing technique.

Boom!

The cooker shattered open a moment later, and Android 18 stumbled out, her entire body scorched black, her clothes torn and hanging in tatters. Her golden hair was a tangled mess, and her face was ghostly pale.

"Guh…"

She wiped the grime from her lips, her breathing ragged, but still forced herself to stand upright. Her crimson-rimmed eyes burned with frustration.

"Again," she demanded hoarsely.

Levos raised a finger and, with a light flick, summoned a flash of energy. A new outfit instantly replaced her shredded clothing, identical in style to her original attire.

But this time, his voice was calm and composed.

"No need. I've already mastered the technique. We've wasted enough time here. There's something far more urgent to deal with."

Android 18 crossed her arms with a huff, forcing herself to calm down.

Just then, King Kai had relayed crucial information from Future Trunks: the location of the Z Sword had finally been discovered.

The message had already been sent to all allies, and everyone was gathering at the designated location.

Levos glanced at Android 18.

"You're coming with me, right? Or do I need to."

Before he could finish, 18 cut him off coldly.

"Just lead the way."

With a nod, Levos grabbed Bulma, wrapped his tail around Piccolo's corpse, and soared toward the coordinates.

Android 18 followed close behind.

The landscape blurred beneath them as they traveled thousands of meters in an instant.

Even so, after more than ten minutes of high-speed flight, Levos couldn't help but marvel at the vastness of the Sacred World of the Kais.

"If this were Earth, I could circle the entire planet in just a few seconds," he muttered.

Nearly an hour later, they arrived.

At the center of a shimmering lake, atop a towering stone pillar, stood the legendary Z Sword.

Levos slowed his descent and landed carefully, his sharp eyes scanning the surroundings.

His heart rate quickened as his gaze fell upon the divine weapon.

The hilt of the sword shimmered faintly under the sunlight, radiating an aura of sanctity and reverence.

Taking a deep breath, he strode toward the stone pillar but suddenly stopped mid-step, his instincts screaming danger.

Someone… was watching.

Android 18 noticed his hesitation and narrowed her eyes.

"Who's there? Come out!"

A voice echoed from above, cold and arrogant:

"Mortals! How dare you trespass upon this Sacred Domain?!"

Levos' expression darkened as he whipped his head around.

A figure floated in the air, skin tinged red, wearing a Kai outfit similar to Zamasu's. His posture was stiff, both hands clasped behind his back, exuding superiority.

The man glared down at them with disdain.

"You dare to defile this holy ground? This is an affront to the gods themselves!"

Levos tilted his head slightly. "And you are?"

"I am the Supreme Kai's loyal attendant and bodyguard Kibito!" he announced proudly.

Levos narrowed his eyes slightly. The name clicked. This was the same Kibito who would later… fall alongside Supreme Kai Shin.

"Then tell me," Levos said coolly, "where's the Supreme Kai?"

Kibito scowled. "You're not worthy to even utter the Supreme Kai's name!"

Levos sighed softly. "I see… then I guess we'll do this the hard way."

Kibito sneered, lowering his voice.

"And what exactly do you think you're trying to do, mortal?"

Levos didn't answer. Instead, he extended a single finger and fired an energy blast straight into the ground.

BOOM!

Debris exploded outward, leaving a deep crater in the once-pristine earth.

Kibito's pupils shrank in shock, his jaw tightening.

A mere human… creating a hole in the Sacred Land with nothing but a casual energy shot?

Levos' gaze sharpened.

"I'll ask one more time where is the Supreme Kai?"

If Kibito was here, that meant Supreme Kai Shin couldn't be far.

"Hmph! The Supreme Kai does not grant audience to mortals like you," Kibito said firmly.

Levos gave a slight shrug.

"Fine. We're not here for him anyway. We only came for the Z Sword."

"What?!" Kibito's face paled.

"How do you even know about the sacred sword?!"

Levos ignored him and flew straight toward the stone pillar.

Kibito panicked and rushed forward, placing himself between Levos and the sword.

"Stop! No mortal may approach the Divine Sword! Turn back now, or I'll be forced to remove you by force!"

Levos' gaze hardened, his voice low and calm.

"And what if I intend to pull it out?"

Kibito's aura flared instantly, his tone sharp.

"Then you'll face me first!"

The air grew tense, power clashing silently between the two.

Just as the confrontation was about to erupt, a figure descended from the distant sky.

Levos and Kibito both turned their heads.

Supreme Kai Shin had arrived.

"Lord Supreme Kai!" Kibito exclaimed urgently. "Be careful! This man is dangerous!"

But Shin simply raised a hand, his voice calm and composed.

"It's fine, Kibito. These guests… mean us no harm."
