Lucas Blackwood returned home from his business trip.
"Lucas, you're back!" Victoria smiled on seeing her son. Charles, who had retired from his job, was also happy to see his son.
Since Lucas had gone on frenzy to expand his business, he had been coming home less and less. Both Charles and Victoria missed their son dearly and didn't like him working so hard. They were satisfied with their previous lives too and were not greedy for money or status. They just wanted a peaceful life. However, Lucas had other thoughts.
Lucas smiled and hugged his mother, "Mom, how are you?"
"I'm fine, dear. How was your trip?"
"It was good."
"Papa!!!" While the mother and son were talking, little Mila ran towards her father.
A smile appeared on Lucas's face as he crouched down to hug his daughter.
