c119: Destroy Zamasu! Return
As Luya's air blade severed the arm, Zamasu staggered, his pale face twisting in horror.
"Stop!!"
The severed limb dissolved, and with it the Time Ring was obliterated. Zamasu's eyes widened in disbelief. Without the ring, his dream of reshaping history across timelines was forever shattered. His immortality remained, but his ambition to overwrite futures had been crushed.
Snarling, Zamasu's divine body regenerated instantly. The arm reformed in a grotesque shimmer of flesh and light but the ring was gone.
"It's time to end this." Luya's voice was low, but resolute.
"Impossible!!" Zamasu roared, clutching his side. "I am immortal! You cannot kill a god!"
Luya's lips curved faintly. "Really? Then what about the power… of a God of Destruction?"
Zamasu froze. "What?! No…!"
The next moment, horror spread across his face. In Luya's palm, energy condensed not ordinary ki, but a trembling sphere of violet-black Destruction Energy, the very aura wielded only by Beerus and his kind.
"No! How?!" Zamasu recoiled, his voice breaking. "This is Hakai! How do you possess the God of Destruction's power?! Did Beerus… did Beerus give it to you?!"
Luya's gaze remained calm. "You don't need to know who gave it to me. You only need to know that you're finished."
Zamasu howled in defiance, his aura bursting violently. "No!! I will not allow this!! If I cannot rule, then I will bury everything with me!"
His ki surged explosively, rupturing the battlefield. Craters widened, the ground split, and rivers of magma erupted from below. The already dying Earth shook apart under the backlash.
"You lunatic!" Luya snarled, preparing to release the sphere.
"Hahaha!! It's too late!!" Zamasu shrieked, his face twisting with madness. "Even if you destroy me, this world is finished! You will be buried with it!!"
His body began to distort. Flesh tore open, dissolving into a massive blood-colored torrent that surged skyward like a waterfall. His voice echoed from within it: "My justice will drown this world!!"
Luya's eyes widened. "What the hell?!"
The pillar of blood spiraled upward, threatening to engulf the entire Earth. The land quaked; seas boiled; the planet convulsed on the brink of explosion.
No hesitation. Luya thrust his palm forward.
"Disappear!!"
Buzz!
The Destruction energy sphere launched, slamming into the blood pillar. The torrent convulsed, shaking violently as it began to unravel into glittering motes of light.
"RAAAHHHH!! I won't yield!! I am eternal! I am"
Zamasu's face twisted across the blood mist like a screaming phantom. But cracks split his image, fragments scattering. His voice distorted into static.
And then Shhh!
The torrent collapsed, dissolving into nothing but fading particles. Zamasu's immortal body, his spirit, his defiance erased utterly under Hakai.
For the first time, nothing remained.
Luya exhaled slowly, sweat streaming down his face. "…Finally. It's over."
But the ground beneath him buckled. BOOM! A shockwave erupted, nearly toppling him. Magma exploded outward, swallowing forests and cities. Mountains crumbled; oceans surged into towering tsunamis. The dying Earth could no longer hold itself together.
"It's going to explode!" Luya shot upward, breaking through the atmosphere.
"System!! Activate Frieza's genetic enhancement NOW!"
[Ding! Frieza Cells Activated!]
A crimson membrane of ki coated his body, shielding him from the collapsing planet.
"System! Use Angel Power force teleport across time-space!!"
[Ding! One-time Angel Authority activated! Traversing dimensions…]
Luya's form blurred, his outline becoming illusory. With a final streak of light, his body vanished into the void just as the Earth below ruptured apart.
From afar, the planet detonated in silence. A fireball spread across the dark vacuum, then shrank into debris scattered into the cosmos. The Future Earth was gone forever.
Yet in the void, a shadowy figure appeared, watching where the planet had been. The stranger's lips curved into an eerie smile.
"Too late. What a pity…"

Meanwhile, in the present timeline…
Inside Capsule Corp, Goku and the others tended to their wounds. Senzu Beans had restored their strength, but their hearts remained uneasy.
"Bulma, how much longer for the time machine fuel?" Goku asked urgently.
"At least a few more days!" Trunks interjected, frustration in his voice. "We just got back don't expect miracles!"
"But Luya is still in the future!" Goku's tone sharpened. "If he faces Zamasu alone…"
Whis interrupted softly. "Even if you wished it, Son Goku, Kaioshin and the others are currently with the Omni-King. The Grand Priest has forbidden any reckless time interference. Angels like myself cannot simply bend space-time at will. If I break protocol now, the punishment would be… severe."
"What?!" Goku clenched his fists. "But Whis, you've reversed time before!"
"That was different." Beerus's cold voice cut in. "Now the King of All has noticed these disruptions. If Whis acts recklessly, the whole hierarchy of gods could be purged. You wouldn't like that outcome."
"Tch…" Vegeta's face darkened.
"Don't worry too much," Whis said, smiling faintly. "Luya has grown strong. Perhaps strong enough to erase Zamasu himself."
"But what if he can't return?!" Goku shouted.
Vegeta's jaw tightened. "…Then we wait until Bulma finishes."
"Everyone!! The fuel is ready!!" Bulma suddenly burst in, carrying a container.
"What?! Already?!" Goku's eyes lit up.
"If it weren't for Luya reminding me to prepare spare materials beforehand, it would've taken days," Bulma admitted, wiping her brow.
"Perfect! Let's go right away!" Goku urged.
But before they could board, the sky above Capsule Corp warped violently. A vortex ripped open, a streak of light crashing down into the courtyard.
BOOM!
Everyone shielded their eyes from the impact. Dust cleared, revealing a crater.
"…Interesting," Whis murmured, narrowing his eyes.
Beerus's ears twitched. "So… he actually did it."
From the crater, Luya slowly stood, clothes tattered, face darkened with soot. He coughed. "…Damn system… brakes failed. Totally unreliable."
[Host, correction: you lost control of Angelic Authority. The fact you survived at all is already a miracle.]
Luya rolled his eyes. "…Excuses."
"Luya!!" Goku and Trunks rushed over. Relief and astonishment mixed on their faces.
"You… you actually came back alone?!" Trunks exclaimed.
Luya chuckled awkwardly. "Well… something like that."
"But how?" Vegeta pressed, skeptical. "Not even Super Saiyan God power can pierce time. Explain yourself."
Luya smirked, scratching his head. "I grabbed Zamasu's ring and used it to force my way back. Unfortunately… I dropped it on the way."
Beerus's eyes narrowed dangerously. "The ring… is gone? You're certain?"
"Of course." Luya shrugged. "Completely gone."
The God of Destruction studied him in silence, suspicion lingering. Whis, however, said nothing his faint smile unreadable.
"…What about the future?" Trunks finally asked, voice heavy.
Luya's smile faded. "The Earth… didn't survive."
Trunks closed his eyes, trembling slightly. Xiao Wu squeezed his hand, silently steadying him.
Bulma clapped her hands suddenly. "Enough gloomy faces! Crisis over, right? Tomorrow, I'll host a party! We'll celebrate Trunks and Xiao Wu's visit properly."
At once, Beerus and Whis perked up. "There will be food?"
"Plenty," Bulma grinned.
"Excellent!!" Beerus declared, his tail swishing.
Vegeta sighed heavily, palm to forehead. "Damn gluttons…"
Goku laughed. "Well, at least it's finally over."
