I bit my lip without even thinking. What is wrong with me? Why do I feel like I want to kiss him again? Ugh! This is so embarrassing. My lips were literally missing his. What kind of spell was that?
Seriously, what is happening to me? I am not usually like this! We both stepped out of my car. I had parked just outside the gate since I was not planning to stay long.
"Hey, press the doorbell," I said while straightening my hair and adjusting my top.
He did as I said, and in less than a minute, the door swung open and out came sis Josie, our long-time housemaid.
"Oh, you're here already," she greeted warmly. "Good evening to you both." She even gave a polite nod to Enzo.
"Good evening too," Enzo replied with his usual charm. Then came the unexpected.
"You're such a handsome young man. Wait, Ath, is he your boyfriend?" Josie asked with a curious frown. I laughed awkwardly and waved her off. "No, sis! He's the guest Mommy and Daddy invited."
