Hinamori Momo collapsed onto the road, blood steadily seeping from the wound in her abdomen.
"Is it over?" she murmured, a hint of bitterness in her voice. "I haven't returned to the Seireitei, haven't seen Captain Aizen again…"
A deep sense of regret washed over her. She had no strength left to fight.
The orange-haired boy, however, continued to stare fearlessly at the Hollow.
Suddenly, a spark of determination ignited in her eyes.
"Perhaps… there's one last chance!" she thought. "Hey, you rude guy!"
Kurosaki Ichigo turned his head, looking at the fallen Hinamori Momo with a confused expression.
"There's one last way to defeat this Hollow," Hinamori Momo said, struggling to lift her Zanpakutō.
"What way?" Kurosaki Ichigo instinctively asked.
"You become a Shinigami!" Hinamori Momo said, her face contorted with pain.
"Stab this Zanpakutō into your chest. Then, I'll transfer my Shinigami powers into you."
"Well then, Callum-kun," Urahara Kisuke said, looking down at the battle below, a smile playing on his lips. "What do you think this kid will choose?"
Kyōraku Callum's lips curved into a slight smile. "You'll witness the birth of an exceptionally talented Shinigami," he replied softly.
As soon as he finished speaking, a blinding light of spiritual energy erupted below, illuminating the street like daylight.
"What a brilliant light!" Urahara Kisuke said, his expression gradually calming. "A fusion of Quincy, Shinigami, and Hollow power… truly astonishing."
"That's why mixed-bloods are the best," Kyōraku Callum added. "Kisuke, want to try the power of Hollowfication?"
Urahara Kisuke pulled his hat lower. "Your very existence is the greatest paradox to that statement."
Below, a new battle commenced. Kurosaki Ichigo's Zanpakutō was larger than Kyōraku Callum had anticipated—an absurdly oversized blade.
As for fighting skills, Kurosaki Isshin had provided ample training. With his Shinigami powers restored, Kurosaki Isshin's ambushes had become increasingly effective, making life considerably more challenging for Kurosaki Ichigo.
Several minutes later, the spider Hollow was bisected from the top of its head, its spiritual particles dissipating.
Kurosaki Ichigo's first battle as a Shinigami was over!
However, at that moment, a terrifying pressure descended from the sky. Before Kurosaki Ichigo and Hinamori Momo could react, they were rendered unconscious by the immense pressure.
"Perfectly executed," Kyōraku Callum murmured, silently retracting his spiritual pressure from the high vantage point. He leaped down, landing smoothly on the street.
A figure emerged from the Kurosaki Clinic.
"This is a disaster!" Kurosaki Isshin exclaimed, scratching his short black hair. "I'm going to have to renovate again."
Kyōraku Callum chuckled. "You're more worried about the house than your son?"
"He's not my biological son, is he?" Kurosaki Isshin said, arms crossed, seriously looking at Kurosaki Ichigo lying on the ground. "If he didn't look so much like Kaien, I'd really consider that possibility."
Kyōraku Callum: "? ? ?" Is this a normal train of thought?
He realized that even with his Shinigami powers restored, Kurosaki Isshin was becoming increasingly eccentric.
"Such a sad state of affairs," Kyōraku Callum sighed, shaking his head.
Kurosaki Isshin looked confused. "Wait, Callum, explain that…"
"Let's go, Kisuke!" Kyōraku Callum scooped up Hinamori Momo and vanished using Shunpo. Urahara Kisuke, with a look of similar pity for Kurosaki Isshin, followed suit.
A long sigh carried a multitude of unspoken emotions.
Kurosaki Isshin watched them leave, scratching his head in confusion. "What did those two mean?"
Urahara Shop. Underground Research Facility.
"Are you sure about putting the Hōgyoku into her soul?" Urahara Kisuke asked gravely.
"Remember, Aizen's gaze is constantly fixed on the World of the Living. Ichigo's unusual state has already attracted his attention."
Kyōraku Callum nodded. "No pressure, no motivation. I'll handle the combat. Even if the plan has flaws, we have room to maneuver."
Urahara Kisuke made his decision. The soul object implantation procedure began!
When Hinamori Momo awoke from her unconsciousness, she found herself in a simple, ordinary house.
The plain décor was unremarkable.
Various goods were piled on the floor… wait! Hinamori Momo sat up, noticing something amiss.
Pain shot through her, causing her to cry out.
"You're awake," a gruff voice said from the room.
Hinamori Momo turned, startled, to see a large, middle-aged man.
"Who are you?" she asked, finding the man vaguely familiar.
"Urahara Shop employee, Tessai Tsukabishi," he replied.
At that moment, the cloth curtain was lifted, and a head wearing a fisherman's hat peeked in.
"Well hello there! Judging by your confused expression, a detailed explanation is in order. I'm Urahara Kisuke, owner of this Urahara Shop."
Hinamori Momo's pupils constricted upon hearing the name, whispering…
