Aoi reaches where the explosion happened, just to find Kira's body, motionless on the ground, the assassin that blew her up is completely black in the skin,burnt to no repair.
"Kira?! KIRA!!" Aoi says as he picks her up, he's on the verge of tears, Kira was the closest person to a friend that Aoi ever had, he slams his fist in the sand. "I promise..that when I meet you again..that any outcome of death, will be impossible with me around!" Aoi says in anger. Before Aoi can do anything else, he's once again, randomly dragged to another timeline. And it's none other than Prime Aoi's timeline, he dragged Aoi here on purpose. Aoi is transported to a penthouse apartment with Prime Aoi standing before him.
"I saw what happened." Prime Aoi says calmly, his hands behind his back
"It's not like you're my mentor. Stop bringing me to random timelines..I'm sick of it." Aoi says with a hint of venom in his voice.
"I know I'm not. Because I'm you. There's a reason why I'm the "original"." Prime Aoi says with a smirk, a smirk that wasn't of good intent. "My story was just likes your's, y'know? That Desert timeline, was also the first timeline I've traveled to.".
"I'm not you. YOU think that you can create a "perfect" balance between timelines!" Aoi growled, his body language shows that he's prepared for any sort of conflict, physical or verbal.
Prime Aoi's shows a disgusted expression on his face "Isn't that your same motives? I know deep down, other than coming back to your own timeline, you also want to help timelines solve conflicts. You just don't think like me, it's pitiful really, you're wasted potential." Prime Aoi says, practically taunting Aoi's mere existence.
"I'll show you. By the end of all this mess, you'll be either dead, or without meaning at all." Aoi says, his Chrono-Watch charging up on his wrist, preparing for travel as a blue light engulfed his body.
"So long, me." Prime Aoi grins as he waves goodbye with a menacing laugh before Aoi completely disappears.
Aoi appears in another timeline, he's what seems like the halls to a science lab of some sort. There's no one in sight, yet. "Science lab..most likely people, gotta stay hidden." Aoi says as he moves quickly and quietly, making sure to look through the halls he's going through. He looks through some of the windows to find a bunch of what seems like Chrono-Watches, there's around 10 of them present. "I wonder why nobody has used those.." Aoi keeps moving, but right as he makes a left, a guard sees him and aims their weapon towards Aoi.
"Freeze! Intruder!" The guard says, chasing Aoi down. Even shooting some bullets towards Aoi.
Aoi narrowly dodges almost all of them, but one hits his shoulder. Aoi blacks out and wakes back up, surrounded by guards and there's two women standing before him.
One of them is definitely Kira, she's different looking, but still Kira, she has longer black hair now, and she looks a little younger, probably around a year older than Aoi. The other, next to her is someone new..She claims her name is Dr.Elisa Maren.
"Wow..I've never thought another variation would travel here, not since him." Kira says, even her expression and body language are guarded.
"What're you on about? I thought Aoi was born here?" Aoi says.
Dr.Maren sighs, her expression stern "All of this, in this timeline, Aoi Takamura was never born, since in this timeline, Aoi's parents died in the Zero Hour event."
Even though it wasn't in his timeline, Dr.Maren's words felt like a physical blow to Aoi, to think that his parents could've died in the Zero Hour event.."So, then…what's the problem?"
"The problem is, that soon after the Zero Hour event took place in this timeline, Aoi Takamura, showed up in this timeline. From another world. He claimed that his world was ripe for the taking since "there was no Aoi Takamura to claim this world". Kira says "the things he did…will never be forgotten." Kira's expression seems guarded, even now, Aoi can tell that Kira doesn't trust him one bit, and neither does Dr.Elisa Maren.
Dr.Elisa Maren and Kira both order two guards to restrain Aoi while they lead him to another room, where Aoi finds, another version of himself, contained and sealed away, and what seems like that variant's Chrono-Watch, its dirty, and there's disconnected wires coming out of the face of the watch.
"This, is where that same Aoi Takamura was contained." Dr.Maren says, before also pointing to all of the copies of what seems like Chrono-Watches. "Me, Kira, and the rest of our research team have tried, time and time again to replicate every aspect of the Chrono-Watch, though we succeeded in designs, whenever we would test out the watch, it would bring us to a endless void instead of a different timeline."
Kira sighed, just looking at the Aoi variant contained, still makes her furious.
Aoi, finally confronts Kira about her behavior "Hey, uhm..I know you might hate that I'm even here, but..what's with the attitude..?" Aoi asks, making sure to not push boundaries with his questions.
"Forced Marriage." Kira says coldly. "Aoi forced me to marry him, and if I said no. He'd kill everyone I love, including my boyfriend. I said no, and he did just that." Kira says, before walking past Aoi without a care in the world about what she just said.
Aoi tries to ignore how bad he could've been to the world and walks next to Dr.Maren. "What if I try to use one of these Chrono-Watches..?" Aoi asked, wanting to see if anything different would happen if he actually tried.
"At your own risk.." Dr.Maren says, handing him one of the Chrono-Watch copies.
In Timeline 15501, Prime Aoi's main timeline.
Prime Aoi Is ontop of his own skyscraper, analyzing every movement of every Aoi variant on his advanced Chrono-Watch. That is until a giant portal forms from a distance, Prime Aoi already know who it is. A man with what seems like a superhero suit, yellow and blue with a cape.
"Long time no see, Tyrant!" The man says enthusiastically as he floats above the air, he too has a Chrono-Watch, expect its advanced in its own way, the watch has turned into a whole mechanical arm for him.
"Hello, Savior. You come once again to stop what can't be stopped. You know, no matter how much TRA agents you make turn on me, you won't have enough to stop me." Prime Aoi says, his Chrono-Watch whirring, the blue on the gauntlet turning a ominous red.
"Kill Switch: Activated." An automated voice coming from Prime-Aoi's Chrono-Watch.
"Are you sure you want to do this, we could always talk things out??" The Chrono-Savior says, preparing himself for confrontation.
"Slience." Prime Aoi says with a menacing glare, before raising his right arm as the Chrono-Watch gauntlet whirs before shooting out a massive time beam that levels an entire city block.
The damage is catastrophic on impact, The Chrono-Savior dodges the large attack, but everyone in the way is sped up in age, young kids turning into old seniors within seconds, old seniors disintegrating into dust along with middle aged adults.
"Look at it, Savior — 'free people', Crawling through ruin. Begging for a savior. I gave them order. You offer them chaos."
The Chrono-Savior tries keeps his voice calm.
"Order? You caged time. You caged them. I bend time so they can breathe. You bend it so they choke."
The Tyrant chuckles, raising his arm — gears whir and a wave of digital drones swarm the skyscraper.
"We could've been kings of time. Instead, you scrape at seconds like a beggar. And now you're losing."
The Tyrant snaps his fingers and time stops completely. "Let's do this properly."
The Chrono-Savior chuckles, emerging himself from chunks of rubble.
"You can only fly because of those jet propellers, without that. You can't avoid my attacks." The Tyrant/Prime Aoi grins
The Chrono-Savior speeds up his body using his advanced Chrono-Watch, he moves so fast it looks like he's teleporting, he blitzes towards The Tyrant and now he's above him, he grabs his shirt and slams him downwards into The Tyrant's own skyscraper. The Chrono-Savior drags him downwards, crashing down through every single floor until they reach the last one, when The Chrono-Savior then slams The Tyrant onto the floor with so much force, time returns back to normal speed and shakes the skyscraper, making windows shatter and break all around them. The battle continues further more, shaking the very timeline they're in.
