Aveline kept her eyes on the flower in her arms, caressing them with one hand, as she walked to her room.
The scent of the flowers were to die for. She hadn't appreciated a gift like this in a long time.
In her heart, she blessed the woman kind enough to send them. She also thanked Atlas for actually bringing them to her.
Knowing how obnoxious he could be, she was certain the possibility of tossing the flowers away, or even giving them out to someone else crossed his mind.
"So annoying?" She hissed, but paused when she felt a movement.
"Not you, gorgeous. You're pretty, and I like you a lot," she said to the flowers.
"You really love those, don't you?"
Aveline lifted her head on hearing a voice. "Oh hey magic." Her eyes brightened with warmth.
"I brought your things up for you." She lifted the items in her hands.
"Yeah– thank you so much. You can just–" she held the flowers in one hand, and stretched the other to collect her other belongings from Maggie.
