Aveline slept off in the process of waiting for a response from Landon.
The morning sun was at its peak when she stirred awake.
Dragging her body into a sitting position, she yawned, whilst waiting for her memories to align.
They aligned in the middle of her yawn, causing her body to jiggle, and her breath to slow as she tried to end the yawn sooner.
Her head turned around immediately in search of her phone.
Spotting it under her bed, she snatched it, and brought the screen to her face.
Her face fell when she didn't see any notification at the notification bar.
Landon did not respond to her message.
"Whatever," she whispered, letting her phone drop to the bed as she pouted.
His loss, she thought.
She has wanted a bit of closure before they completely stopped talking to each other. But if he didn't want that, then she wasn't going to force him.
He could do whatever he wanted.
"Everyone do as you please!" She hissed.
