Chapter 105 - Chapter 105: Furious Champa

All the spectators were stunned by Champa's words. None of them had expected that a God of Destruction would lose his temper so badly over something so minor.

Despite Champa's outburst, Hit stood calmly, ignoring the order and waiting for Frieza's next move.

Champa's face grew darker, and he roared, "You bastard! How dare you disobey me? I'll destroy you!"

Vados chuckled beside him and reminded gently, "Master Champa, if you destroy Hit, we'll have no contestants left."

"You don't need to remind me!" Champa snapped, clenching his fists in frustration.

"Hahaha! You want to beat me to death? Hahaha!" Frieza suddenly burst out laughing, his expression manic. "I've only just gotten out of the playground, and someone already wants to send me back? That's unforgivable!"

"Drink!" Frieza shouted as his energy flared dramatically. The entire planet began to tremble.

The once clear sky was overtaken by dark clouds. Lightning bolts rained down, striking around Frieza as his golden body began to change.

His golden skin shifted into a gleaming silver-white hue. Two symmetrical silver horns sprouted from his shoulders. A dazzling flash of light followed—Frieza had transformed into Platinum Frieza!

"How is this possible?!" "How can one being possess such strength?!" "What kind of training did he go through?!"

The audience from Universe 6 was in complete shock. They had hoped that Hit's breakthrough would shift the tide. No one had anticipated that Frieza still had another, even more powerful, form.

Their hope began to crumble. The match was all but lost.

The Supreme Kai of Universe 6, Fuwa, turned to the old Supreme Kai beside him.

"This Frieza... is he the strongest in your universe?"

The old Supreme Kai smiled and shook his head, saying nothing. But his eyes remained locked on Frieza in the ring.

Fuwa's eyes widened in disbelief. If this being wasn't even the strongest, then what kind of monsters did Universe 7 have?

Frieza smiled at Hit. "You've improved remarkably, Hit. I was going to test your limits in my golden form, but since you've gotten stronger, I had no choice but to show you this."

He stepped forward slowly. "Do you still want to fight?"

Hit was trembling, not from fear but from the immense pressure Frieza radiated.

"Huuuuh..." Hit took a deep breath and stood tall again. "Of course. I want to know just how strong you've become."

Frieza grinned. "I knew you wouldn't back down. I'll give you the battle you asked for."

Both fighters' auras rose again, their power cracking the arena beneath them. The tension in the air was suffocating.

Then, with a flash, both disappeared.

Boom!

The clash erupted mid-air. In just a few exchanges, Hit was kicked to the ground by Frieza. Blood trailed from his lips as he staggered to his feet.

"You're strong... but!"

Hit's eyes glinted. He activated his Flash Time Technique, freezing the surrounding space.

He swung toward Frieza's vitals, aiming to end it in one move.

But then—

Cracks appeared in the air.

Frieza's energy burst shattered the time-lock around him. Hit's attack was halted mid-motion.

Frieza caught Hit's fist with ease.

"You... how? This is impossible...!"

Frieza's eyes narrowed. "Your Flash Time Skill doesn't work anymore, Hit. I've surpassed you. That technique is ineffective against someone stronger than you."

Realization dawned on Hit. Every mission he had ever completed was against targets weaker than himself. He had never considered the limitations of his ability.

He sighed and turned toward the host.

"I concede."

The host ran onto the ruined arena with his mic.

"Contestant Hit from Universe 6 has surrendered! All ten participants from Universe 6 have been eliminated! The winner of the Universe 6 vs Universe 7 tournament is—"

Before he could finish, Champa appeared on the stage, kicking the host aside.

He pointed angrily at Hit. "You bastard! You disobeyed me again! Now you dare to admit defeat?! Die!"

Purple flames erupted around Champa as he raised his hand, condensing a destructive energy sphere.

"Destroy!"

The energy ball soared toward Hit.

Hit stood frozen. His eyes widened with horror.

"Is this... the end?"

Swish!

Frieza appeared in front of Hit just in time, stretching his arms out.

Champa sneered. "You want to die too, Frieza? Don't blame me!"

Frieza growled, "Let's see how powerful this 'destruction' really is!"

He gripped the sphere with both hands, compressing it. Sweat formed on his brow, but he didn't falter.

With a final roar, Frieza crushed the sphere in his palms. It shattered into glittering fragments.

The crowd was silent.

"He... he crushed it..." "A human crushed a God of Destruction's energy?!" "Destruction isn't invincible?!"

Champa's face twisted in rage and disbelief.

He realized with horror what had happened. His supposedly unstoppable destruction technique had been neutralized—by a mortal!

If word spread across the other universes, his reputation would be ruined.

His anger boiled over. "You two are dead!"

With another flash, Champa reappeared in front of Hit and Frieza.

Hit, realizing there was no escape, clenched his fists and prepared to fight.

But to Champa, Hit's movements were sluggish. As a God of Destruction, his perception was far beyond that of mortals.

Even before Hit made his move, Champa saw everything.
