Scene: University Courtyard
Pete sat on the fountain ledge, Rose tucked close beside him.
Her laughter rang out—loud, fake, and calculated.
She fed him ice cream from her cup.
No big deal, right? Except…
Mek saw everything.
From behind a tree.
Like a whole jealous maniac in love.
His jaw locked.
> "She's feeding him. In public. With a spoon. Like a baby."
Mint, his friend, whispered beside him.
> "And your blood pressure's rising like a geyser."
Mek ignored her.
Pete was laughing.
Actually laughing. Like Rose was the sun and he forgot Mek existed.
And then—
She leaned over. Whispered something in Pete's ear.
Pete blushed. BLUSHED?!
Not the mafia man going full shy puppy on this rich witch.
Mek had had enough.
He stormed up, snatched Pete's arm and pulled him away from Rose.
> "We need to talk. Now."
Rose blinked innocently.
> "Jealousy doesn't suit you, sweetheart."
Mek didn't even look at her.

Scene: Rooftop
Mek cornered Pete by the wall.
> "What the hell was that?"
Pete blinked. "What—she was just being friendly—"
> "Friendly?! She was feeding you like a toddler and breathing down your neck like a vampire bride!"
Pete laughed. Bad idea.
Mek shoved him against the wall.
> "It's not funny."
> "Then why do you look so damn hot when you're jealous?"
Pete's smirk melted into something… more serious.
> "You're the only one I want, Mek."
> "Then why do I feel like I'm losing you?"
Pete stepped forward, hands cradling Mek's face.
> "Because she's trying to play games. But this isn't her story. It's ours."
But before Mek could respond—
ROSE walked in.
> "Oops. Hope I'm not interrupting anything scandalous."
Mek pulled back fast. Pete stayed calm.
Rose tilted her head.
> "You can kiss him all you want, Mek. But in the end, boys always come back to what they know."
And with that, she strutted off.
Mek clenched his fists.
Pete gently took his hand.
> "Let her play her games. I'm not going anywhere."
