Rico moved a large piece of debris towards the back door. The wood was rotted and falling apart, so there was no point in trying to save it. Instead they would toss it in the dumpster that was in the alleyway.
"So the place I can set up is in the corner where all this crap is?" Edgelady asked while kicking a piece of debris that was in that corner of the room.
"No," Rico answered. He walked out the back of his gym and tossed the wood in the trash. He then walked back inside. "This building has a basement that I figured you could set up in. As it is, I plan to have plenty of illegal stuff in the basement."
"Guns and stuff?" T-Dog asked as he pulled a large piece of wood out the back door. They had just started but they were already done. The only things they were not throwing away were the large pieces of metal that were amongst the debris.
"Guns, explosives, Edgelady's digital set up along with a few other things. If we have a job we will use that underground area to plan." Rico explained as he moved another piece of debris. "I also own the mechanics garage and the warehouse next door. Gearbox is already starting on getting the mechanics garage up to standard, we will help him after we finish with this."
"This roof repair is going to be a bit difficult." Coin called down from the roof. "But we could make a whole second floor with how much room we have. How much cash do you have to spare?"
"Enough, we will focus on fixing up this gym and then the mechanics garage. Speaking of which, we need a few cars for scrap and parts. I will see about buying broken cars for him to break down into parts." Rico explained as he patted his hands. "This place will only be a gym on the surface."
As Rico set down the latest piece of metal down he felt his phone vibrate. He pulled it out and looked at the message. It was a message from Nyssa. It was her indicator that he should start the job she asked him to do. A moment later a message from the system appeared in front of him that he had to ignore.

"Hey I have to go prepare for a job tonight." Rico told them. "Edgelady, start looking for jobs we can do that sit in the gray area. I will send you a list of alternate identities that the big name criminals use and who to avoid." Rico began explaining.
"Do you want our help on this mysterious job?" T-Dog asked as he hauled a piece of wood out.
"No, this job is a solo one. But I will need some of your unlabeled equipment." Rico pointed out as he moved to the raised office where he has been sleeping.
"Go for it, as long as you can get us a supplier soon. We only have so many of those weapons left." T-Dog informed him. "Oh and Sweetie, wanted to know if there is a good place she can stay nearby. The hotel she is staying at is too seedy for her."
"Yeah there are some vacancies in apartments on either side of the street. I will make a call to the owners." Rico told him, "tell me if any of you want a place to stay as well. You can even stay here if you want. But I should tell you that this whole street runs some type of criminal business. The Pub is one of the only places that does not have crime running out of it. But it is where everyone gathers so I suggest you go and connect." He then stopped at the stop of the stairs. "Also if you want to get your itch scratched by a lady the massage place next door is run by call girls."
Rico then walked into the office turned bedroom. He had a number of vouchers and raffle tickets that he could use. So that is what he would do while he waited.
